Can anyone that bought the token app for a mobile phone - is this good for one install on one phone? If I change phones in the near future, do I have to buy another app for that phone?

My mobile security token is no longer working. Just tried to log on and got denied about a million times, accounts probably been flagged now.

After looking around I find that my time setting on the digipass app is about 6 hours set into the future for some god damn reason and I can't set it to the correct time, manual or automatic... it just sticks to what it's currently set it. I've restarted my iphone, set to manual about 20 times, punched the phone, nothing works. I'm pretty sure the wrong synced time is what is giving me the wrong passwords. Looked on the digipass site, nothing there. I'm afraid to e-mail FTP support because whatever reply they give me is most likely going to make me rage unbelievably hard cause it isn't going to have anything to do with what I asked. ****.

Guess I'll e-mail them and ask to remove it. I'll be playing again in 6-8 days maybe.

So you changed the time setting on the iphone? Did you then make sure that you are in fact rebooting the iphone?

Did you try using the time syncronization function from within the digipass app? Or is that what you're saying isn't working? My keys weren't working once and I used the auto sync and it fixed it.

(I have a Win Mobile 6 phone, and there was no rebooting after syncing, it just worked right away)

The time on the iPhone itself hasn't been changed, just the time setting on the DigiPass application itself is not correct, it's 6 hours different than what my time on my iPhone is and I can't change it, manually or automatic. I have rebooted the iPhone multiple times.

Yes I've tried it automatic and nothing changes.


I've actually got a hold of a higher up at FT and a few e-mails and have been exchanged since I've posted this and have been very helpful to my surprise. Still working on a fix at the moment but it seems like the time being 6 hours off isn't really a factor from what I've been told. (wtf?)

Will keep this up to date for those that may have a similar problem.

how do i activate the key chain one? i got it in the mail today with no manual or anything, all i'm able to do is press the button and a the rando number comes up. but theres no place to enter it on my FT client
