Sorry FTP but you screwed up. Deep games need to be with the nondeep so fish will join. You are going to lose a lot of players to stars if this isnt corrected, me included. Right now there are zero FR 1/2 deep games going and only 2 at 2/4. Im looking at the stars lobby now, and I see more than enough 50bb min tables where I dont have to put up with shortstacking scumbags.
endrant

I've done enough ranting in other ftp threads today so I'll just stick with a short:

Seriously, this is a major foul-up FTP. I will strongly consider moving my role to Stars if this isn't fixed.

They have a mathematical edge, sorry you don't understand poker theory.

+1 to this thread though, ignore me if you want, but in the meantime I'm over at Stars.

Playing with several shorties at a table changes the dynamics of the game to a PF/flop game only.

I prefer to play all streets...tyvm. This new downgrade in software has me eyeing Stars again.....GAWK!

(I only play about 30K hands a month. is Stars FPP gunna get remotely close to my 27%?)

This is similar to when Stars introduced a feature so that right click popped up some menu. People who use BetPot complained and they fixed it the same day I believe. Let's see how long FTP takes to rectify this, if at all.

Yes it seems that since the update there are far less deep tables running. This sucks

Do we need to email them or is posting in this thread sufficient?

"B. Ring Game Lobby Icons - No, it's not ring game filters. It is, however, a step closer to that goal... "

"Everyone" want a Ring-game filter, what filter would it be, if it cant sort deep and non-deep?

I'm not interested in theory or "playing" poker, I'm interested in money.

Most short stackers are ******s that you should be able to take advantage of.

Do you play micros? 200+ most shortstackers have some idea how to exploit their edge. Sure they're not perfect, but they're good enough that with the fact that they have a built in advantage a solid deepstack player has little to no edge on them. Sure the total fish shortstackers are fun to play against, because it's just dead money, but the 200+ tables get infested with the rakeback pros who 16-table and are pretty unexploitable in terms of push-fold ranges. You're probably right at 10nl but you're dead wrong at mid-stakes.

I hope this thread doesn't devolve into the same tired arguments about shortstacking. Shortstackers are one primary reason for why the movement of the deep tables sucks, but the "shortstackers sux they r mathematically cheating" vs "haha you just can't beat them or wat" is lame, and this is not the right thread for that discussion.

Let's just focus on getting FTP to move the deep tables back to where they were before.

Note, FTP: I believe the general consensus is that deep tables being mixed in with non-deep tables is the best for the games. Please do this. I'm adding this because I wouldn't be that surprised if FTP "fixed" the problem by moving them to the top of the lobby by PL. Please don't do that.

Oh figures just read that you moved up to 25nl in February. I don't care that you play 25nl (or maybe you've moved up to 50nl by now) but please don't talk about this legitimate problem the people at higher stakes are having when you have no clue wtf you're talking about.

same ******s would usually buy in for more if they had to (i.e at the deep tables), playing with more doesnt make them any less ******ed, just makes them more +ev

+1 to the whole deep tables issue
