4 checks approved mid April ( 4/23 and before) -- for max check amounts -- so far none have arrived! i'm pissed.

Basically, I'm playing on stars until i get all my money. Additionally, I have made a personal agreement with myself that however long it is delayed... I will also stop playing on FULLTILT for at least twice that time. I'll play on DoylesRoom, CakePoker, Pokerstars....but not Full Tilt...

It's a joke that they cannot just cut us new checks. If this was the first time ever that this happened to me I might be more willing to deal with it -- or if somehow we had customer service reps that gave us legitimately helpful information!

Too bad. I hate the slow software but I always enjoyed raking in the pots on Tilt..Now I'll be raking them in somewhere else.

Full Tilt Poker can't handle sending ONE check to most people here. Is there a reason why you need to order one every other day?

Again I don't get it. These threads have been around for ages regarding Full Tilt checks. Why not just use a bank transfer if you need to cash out large sums instead of backlogging their already inept system?

I ordered a $5,000 check from FTP on 5-12 and I received it today.

wait, so you mean while FTP is having problems sending people checks, it's not smart to request 4 of them a week?

yes i do have to cash out that often since i win that often and want my money its not like i am cashing out 500 i am cashing usually 3-5k

given the recent problems why not just wait 2 weeks and cash out via a 20k wire transfer...which is different than the bank transfers that have been having issues lately

a mod needs to edit out some of the processor info in this thread, pronto

think about it, people... what's your ultimate (or perhaps only) objective

Well prior to this delay i had not had check delays since last year. and I was actually very happy with my FTP checks. I was getting them pretty much one or 2 per week like clockwork.

But i would rather all the checks consistently take 7-9 days instead of 4-5 days and not have this 1-2 month wait for a mess of a checks every year. I had about 20-25k tied up last year for a couple months as well.

Requested 4/30
Approved 5/2

Sent an email yesterday, got this today:

"According to our records, your check for $1,500.00 was mailed by our check processor on May 20, check number XXXXX."

Please please please don't be lying. Did it actually get sent? Did my email yesterday prompt their shipping of it? Sigh...

And just to be sure this doesn't happen again, does anybody expect for these delays to continue? Should I keep cashing out 3 weeks in advance or is it safe to assume that it'll go back to the standard < 1 week time?

I can tell you from experience that once that email comes, with check number, etc. it is going to come and it is accurate!
sometimes takes 10- 15 days from the date it was mailed but is coming and it will be that check number stated in your email
it will be there!

They just gave me a $26 token.

Bank transfer delays get a $300 bonus and I get a $26 token? WTF?

how long does it take them to process my drivers license and utility bill before I can make my first withdrawal via check?

Just got an FTP check 1 week after approval (approval to 1 day).

Absolutely ridiculous. Prior to recent months cashouts via check at FTP were very quick, but after they switched payment processors to "Zip Payments" everything has gone south. Even the F***ing cust. service phone # provided by zip payments cuts off after a brief greeting. EVERY TIME. It's not a techincal or cell phone problem, the number is bogus. What a f'ing joke.

I got a check from Cake poker from this same processor. When I look up their address on Google maps and use the street view feature, it appears that it's a fake address because there is nothing there.

Just hours from emailing them JPEGs to approval; several weeks until my check arrived (right in the middle of this fiasco).

got the same email from Fulltilt on the 21st. Sounds like a large number of checks were sent out on the 20th.

I'm really hoping they were actually sent out and not just "sent out", by which I mean they're holding onto our checks as they scramble to gather our funds that they've been investing. (Just my humble guess as to the cause of the delays.) I just have this big fear that them tagging on "USPS takes 15 business days to send a letter" really means that they're not shipping our checks for another week or two. I've owned a small business and I'm very familiar with this tactic of "your order may take 4-6 weeks to arrive" to give yourself a lot of breathing room and you can just pretend its out of your hands. I guess we'll see if the shipping date on the letter matches up to their claims.

Just got here today 5/22. It's dated 5/20. Apparently the one that was approved on 5/14 wasn't included in the 5/20 shipment. Weird.
