I don't think people realize how many hoops the online sites are jumping through right now to get a stable consistant processor for online transfers and check withdrawls. I think they don't want to let customers know either, but they sure could do a better job to communicate delays even if they don't go into specifics of what is actually going on.
I had check withdrawls on the following dates:
initiated 4/25 received 5/14
initiated 4/28 received 5/8
initiated 5/3 received 5/13
I have 2 other checks initiated on 5/7 and 5/12 that I have not received yet (not that it has been too long or anything).
This is all probably true. However, I received an email from FTP support giving me the check number that my withdrawal was supposedly sent out on. In that same email, it said my check was MAILED on April 28. It is now May 16 and I still don't have my check. So, 1 of 2 options happened. 1) FTP lied about my check actually being mailed out, because even if the USPS is still using horse and buggy to deliver the mail my check would have arrived by now. 2) Maybe a USPS truck crashed and burned and all of the mail is lost forever???? I don't ****ing know.
However, the email that I received from them said my check was mailed on April 28 and if I didn't receive it by May 16 then I should email them and they would be HAPPY to assist me. So here is my email that I'm hoping they will be HAPPY to receive:
Hello,
The current date is May 16. Please see the previous emails to learn what I was supposed to receive on May 16. OK, I will tell you since you are probably too ****ing stupid to know. My withdrawal (01D02703) for $3000 on check number 11993 which you claim was mailed out via USPS on April 28. Nevermind the fact that it is absurd that a withdrawal that was requested on April 16 and approved on April 18 was not sent until April 28, I still have not received the ****ing money.
However, through the wonderful world of the internet, I, being an active participant in the 2+2 community, know that many people who withdrew via paper checks WELL AFTER I placed my withdrawal on April 16 have received their money. Please do not give me anymore bull**** dates about how your processor has "experienced further unexpected delays" and you are "confident that the check will arrive on [insert random day a few weeks in the future]" because that is simply unacceptable.
Please tell me, exactly WHAT THE **** IS YOUR COMPANY DOING?!?!?!?!??!!??!?!
Could you run a multi-million dollar company any more poorly? I mean, how is it possible for so many people to not have their money paid out in a timely fashion, yet you are accepting deposits instantaneously without any trouble.
Also, I am glad that I am valued as a customer. Oh wait, I am obviously not valued as a customer. For some reason, despite the fact that I have $3100 ($3000 paper check, $100 bank transfer) in limbo somewhere between my Full Tilt account and my real bank account, I was not deemed to have been "affected" by the processor problems, and therefore did not receive your pathetic attempt at appeasing the customers with a $300 bonus that had to be cleared before it was released. Never mind the fact that PokerStars gave their players whose cash outs were affected a 20% bonus of their pending cash out.....NO STRINGS attached!!!!
If I ever do receive my money, I will have to seriously consider my options to take my play to one of your competitors on a more permanent basis. I also know that I am not the only person who feels this way. Full Tilt has been my home poker site ever since the nonsense of the UIGEA passing in October 2006. I love your software, the games, and up until this point, very much appreciated the speed and accuracy with which my cash outs were handled. However, the fact that I rely on poker as my full time income necessitates the fact that I can actually receive my money LESS THAN 1 ****ING MONTH AFTER I WITHDRAWAL IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please, for ****'S sake get my money to me in a timely fashion, and DO NOT LIE TO ME, OR ANY OF YOUR CUSTOMERS ANY-****ING-MORE!!!!!!!!!!
