My last check from FT that was requested 3/23, dated 3/24, received and deposited on 4/4, is still in my account. I guess I'll save it for xmas presents if I don't have to use it to eat.

got a check today for 2k from E.E. drafted off bank that rhymes with utopia. There is one up the street and I cashed it there before. Think I'll have any problems just going to the bank and getting cash for it? (they charge 6.00 for nonmembers) but obv cash is king

received another check from FTP today requested pre 4/15. It's from E.E. and drafted off a local bank that rhymes with utopia. I haven't had problems physically going to the bank to just get cash for the checks. (they charge 6 bucks for non-members). Should we do this if banks are local to us?

went to the bank and they did NOT cash the check. They said check is fine, acct number checks out fine, but there are NO funds in the senders acct. She did say there is a large deposit from sender's acct that has not cleared yet so for me to hold on to it or get with payment processer and ask them when funds would be available and I would be able to try again later on.

intresting, so once the said bank clears those funds or whatever, you go in there and cash it hopfully.

lets say it works, but later on like a week later something bounces, do they send a creditor after you? or is it on them?

they wouldn't cash the check unless they're getting paid

has anyone been checking the account numbers on the check with the complaint the DOJ released? I just got one check, cashed it out on 4/6 got it 4/20 cleared 4/22 but you guys aren't giving me much confidence it is going to stay cleared. However, I checked it with the account numbers the DOJ released and the account number didn't come up so im hoping maybe it'll stay cleared.

I would say it wouldnt be that exact bank acct number, but maybe the bank would show up in that "black list" as i like to call it, it seems most of the checks are bouncing, i have hope, im trying to get my stats up so i can PM that FTP guy and see if my info matches his check that he claims has stayed cleared....

well there are some numbers that are similar to my checks account number with like the last 2 being different. But I searched the whole document for the bank name and it didn't come up, so maybe there's a little hope

Not yet. I contacted the UK fulltilt support email. I had a bounced check and I also have a check that never arrived from back in March. Sent them 2 emails about it and have yet to receive any information or updates to whether it is being credited to my account, all I did get was generic responses that did not answer my questions.

Example: Email received. And the dumbest one is We are unable to process payments to US players due to DOJ blah blah. But I don't want them to pay me right now just to recredit my account with both check amounts.

You think thats annoying...I get the same response when I ask about items I ordered in the store last month.

That does suck. I know they have backed up emails and will require time to give an appropriate responses but I do not appreciate generic copy and paste responses. They have some of the worst customer support I have ever seen.

amazing that from the 30 + pms i got about my cleared check nobody had a match. I will have to email ftp about my bounced check and the others that just flat did not arrive (i anticipated they would not since the last 2 i got were postmarked 4/14)

Im assuming for the checks that just flat out never arrived, you did not get credited back for them in your FT account? I have the same situation. And it seems support is not responding back, at least not with any real statements, only Generic copy paste responses.

I posted at the top of this page and bottom of last and no responses? Has anyone been checking the document the DOJ released with the accounts and checking their checks? The bank my check is drawn from is not listed in the document at all and I'm wondering if this might give it a chance to stay cleared?

If you read the statements many people have already said their check wasnt on the DOJ list.

My account number, bank and what not, none of it was on the DOJ indictment list. Thats why I thought it might be ok to deposit it. But it bounced anyway. Could be that its a subsidiary company or whatever. Could be the DOJ found and froze more accounts after the indictment.

whats the latest date anyone has withdrawn and actually received a check? my latest was 4/12, insta approved but still hasnt come, anyone cash out on 4/12 or after and actually receive a check?

Same with me. I thought I did see someone get a 4/12 check though. Maybe they requested it earlier in the day, mine was about 8PM server time.
