So I sent in my ID and copy of my bill on 03/25 and still haven't heard anything. I've mailed them multiple times and politely requested an expedite of the process. No Joy.

Is it normal for it to take over 2 weeks just to verify?!?!?!

Thanks for the informative thread everyone.

I'm going to be taking out my first check from FTP soon. In NY, hopefully all goes smoothly. Is there a certain amount I should take out/don't take out the full 2500 at once?

I think its just a matter if FTP will bounce your check or not. Let us know when you request and receive the check. I am in NY too and pending verification of my account and check enrollment. So would be helpful.

I have a little over 20K in my account that I want to withdrawl for the WSOP this summer. I have never withdrawn money from my account before so which is a better option for me...request a check or bank wire? Can someone with experience with this size of withdrawl post their recent experience?

Thanks,

HiFiGuy

hello,

Can anyone tell me if there is any fee associated with payment by check? Has anybody had their bank refuse to accept this check?

Have you verified with FTP your ID and address documents?

No, there isn't. But there is a small hit to MGR if you get rakeback.

I'm getting worried....

Ok I processed one withdrawel 3/27 in the AM. it took until latenite on 3/28. I processed a larger withdrawel at 3/28 in the AM it was approved in like 5 seconds. So both approved on 3/28. Still nothing. I know it says 15 business days. But the longest I've waited in the past was 9 days total. it has been 14 regualr days. I know its only been 10 business days but its never taken this long before. Should I be worried. Whats the longest you all have had to wait.

Fingers crossed it comes tomorrow. I need the moolah badly.

p.s.
I guess one good thing is I haven't recieved any emails saying the checks will be bad or anything else. If there was some long delay or problem would I have recieved an email?

My max on checks is $2k/check and 2checks/week.

So probably a wire.

No, they don't generally inform you of anything unless you write them about an issue first. And then there is the standard of waiting days on end to get an irrelevant cookie-cutter response or, if you're lucky, an actual one.

A while ago, support did email me about a check that would bounce two whole weeks after I had received and deposited it. They did however credit my account with $50.

Due to the wire problems I've started 2 withdraw 2 checks per week (slightly different amounts , so I can keep track of the withdrawals).

4/3 2 checks approved -- wating on both (hoping for them this week)
4/10 2 checks approved -- waiting on both (hoping for them next week)

will update....

Think about it guys, the longer your money sits in ftps account the more interest adds to it. I know a custom home builder who is super wealthy, yet he still delays paying his trades people and all others until the very last day he can get away with it. Or until they refuse to work, then BAM $$$ goes out. Believe it or not this is a standard practice. Simply holding all of your $$ for 5 days longer probably makes them a small fortune.

I dont buy this processor stuff, all these excuses, its been how many years of excuses?, dodging questions, turning blind eyes to cheating and telling us they are 100% on it!

Plus the longer its being processed the more likely a degeno will reverse the cashout and gamble some more.

EXACTLY what these sites want.
