Previously I was using Premium Wire transfers and due to the processor problems I would like to get a check. They've asked for a photo id and a proof of address which I sent them 5 days ago but they still haven't confirmed and enabled the check withdrawal option. How long does this usually take, this seems pretty ridiculous to me. I can't even request a check yet.

Yeah, I resent the docs to support@fulltiltpoker.com as well 3 days ago. I got the confirmation e-mail. Still no response. UGGHHHHHHHH. Is it helpful to continue sending emails and pestering them or just to sit and wait.

I can't get any reply whatsoever from them about clearing my account for a check withdrawal. Seems so simple!!!! I´ve tried support, cashier, withdrawalsupport via email but no response whatsoever. Any other emails or other contact info that I should try????

Although I did get a response that the check would be good and clear once received. If not, this would be a colossal FTP fail since my wires/xfers options have recently been disabled.

anyone in canada having a problem depositing their checks?

after agreeing to go our separate ways, I am now waiting for ftp to send me my 2800$ check to close my account.

the problems are mainly in the US correct?

So after having transfers converted to wires and wires changed to checks my Patriotic bank appears to be bouncing one of two checks I received on the 25th (deposited the day I got them fwiw).

Sent FTP an email which will no doubt just be venting from this BS but FML.

When did you originally request the wire and how did you get them to convert it to a check?

I received a check that bounced in late February, they refunded me, then I played some more and requested a wire 03/9. Still have yet to receive it and they refuse to refund my Acct, how can I get them to convert the wire into a check?

I didn't have it converted I just ordered it separately. I have had wires as far back as January that were being returned.

im from canada and took it to my local credit union, but theyre saying they have to hold it for 30 days since it came from the states. is this normal for anyone else? i have close to 2k in checks to cash and dont feel like having to wait 30 business days.
