Both sites have similar problems. PS just handles them much better imo. The fact that FT often takes well over 24 hours to even respond to emails (and not even effectively 50%+) kinda says it all.

Just got this email from Full Tilt and my funds are available in my account

Still no response from FTP. It's incredible how poor their support is.

just sent an e-mail about my bank rejecting the check, not very optimistic that they will respond in a timely fashion. can anyone offer any advice on a better cash out method? is anyone familiar with the costs associated with e-check and wire transfers to TD Bank?

Ok, just got it. Took a little more than 24 hours. Don't know what good it does me since I can't actually get to it when I need it. At least it's somewhat back in my hands.

I never received the check in the mail but did exchange emails with FTP.

I'd like to think the money I have at FTP isn't just play money that can only be replenished with real money!

I sent FTP an email 2 days ago about a bounced FTP check and I still haven't received even a basic response from them. That is simply beyond incompetent. It is almost hard to have customer service that bad.

just received credit for both the $2k withdrawals that i had to cancel as well as $200 for the trouble, but still no word or compensation regarding the $1k bounced check that started all this nonsense. just sent another inquiry about that, will update when i find out what's going on.

I know you want your money, I dont blame you one bit. I'd be pissed off too with the canned responses, non-responses and missing money. And I know FTP customer service is BAD. But keep in mind this stuff wouldnt be a problem in the first place if it wasnt for our wonderful Govt.

Keep in mind they are dealing with thousands of these issues and emails. And each case is a bit different with different amounts of money, from different processors with different banks. Some checks are bouncing because of seizures, some are not. They have to keep track of ALL of these and try to sort through ALL of them on a customer-to-customer basis.

So yes its easy to blame them and I'll give them a small part of it for not seeming competent. But they have to invest time into each case individually(who owes funds because eChecks Deposit failed, who is owed money because of a check bounced, who's eCheck payout failed, how much is involved, etc...) not to mention 'eat it' when Uncle Sam steals these bank accounts and the money they contain in them. This is information a Front-line Support person generally does not have first-hand knowledge of.

I wouldnt blame FTP or Stars anymore if they want to say "**** off" to the U.S. market.

Want less Government, Taxes and invasion of privacy....Vote Libertarian. Screw the Democrats, Republicans and Tea-baggers(although they are for less taxation).
