Withdrawal approved 10/2, received today. This hints of its origin (xxxxxx) unlike other checks I've received. American bank, though, so that's good (I think?).

i live in the states and usually receive my checks in 2 weeks timeframe. wish it would be sooner, but im satisfied with that...

FTP player from WA state here. Tried withdrawing today via check, unsuccessfully. Sent an email to support, here's the response:

"Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

Due to technical restrictions the Check withdrawal option is currently unavailable in your state. We expect this service to resume within 7 days.

In the meantime, we recommend that you use Bank Transfer or Premium Bank Wire to withdraw funds from your account.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Anyone received a check requested after 10/3?

I was approved on the 8th of October and just got this today the 28th. What do I do here? If they put it back in my account sounds like it will be another month of wait time.

We are aware of delays with delivery of checks issued recently. Though, the checks do arrive with several business days delay outside the estimated timeframe of 15 business days.

Needless to say, we are making every effort to reduce waiting time for our players and are working with our processor to ensure that your funds reach you in a timely manner in the future.

In the meantime we would appreciate if you could let us know whether you would like to give it a few more days, or should we request an urgent stop on the checks to return the funds to your Full Tilt Poker account.

Please note that once we have initiated a stop payment request we will be unable to reverse it and; should the checks arrive you will not be able to cash them.

I have. Requested 10/08 Received 10/22. Canadian bank, Canadian funds, cheque appears to have been sent from Xxxland.

I'd let it go another week. They have been showing up around the 16th-17th business day lately. You'd probably be pretty pissed if it showed up right after you cancelled it.

Unfortunately I agree with allowing for a few days past 15. I have a check that will be 16 days tomorrow from req. In the past I would send email right after the 15th business day, but it does seem like we have to give a few more days now.

Because of that and the risk of bouncing, I think after this check, I'm going to be using other means to get my money.

Req 10-6 and still have not received.

Same here. I think I'm going to give it till tomorrow, which would be 17 business days (columbus day holiday). If it is not in the mail tomorrow, I'm just requesting a stop payment, waiting for that money to be put back into my account which will take days, and then I'm done using checks.

And I've used checks consistently for years now. They have gotten far worse in reliability lately. Last 3 checks, first one bounced, 2nd one took 16 days and could still bounce, and then this one is at least at 17 days. So, after this one, I'm done with them for a while.

The good ole days of 5,000 dollar check limits that got to you in 10 days or less are far gone.

Well, if that's really an issue, shouldn't a mod change my original message?

Normally they delete it and send you a nasty PM because OMG how dare you make a mistake and we power trippy mods will show you!

Still haven't received my check from 10-7. Somehow my 9-16 check hasn't bounced, maybe it won't it's been almost a month since I cashed it. From now on I'm just doing echecks for $950 a pop.

I didn't receive my check from oct 6 so I canceled it today. I'm def done with checks for a while. Good luck to the rest of you guys.

Requested on 10/8 and 10/10. Haven't received either one.

Requested a check on 10/10. Got a deposit from FTP into my account yesterday, 10/31. Apparently, players in NY state can not receive checks at this time. I'm somewhat glad though - doing a bank transfer and sticking to those from now on. This was ridiculous.
