15 business days, you've been waiting 10. Its annoying, but they still are well within their promised time frame.

Got 3 checks last month, one never arrived, and the two other took 25+ days to arrive.

I would think; FFP's+ consistent superior customer service + reliable cash outs = no more playing on FT

My check was approved on 4/16 and not here as of 4/30. I like FTP tourneys but im gonna stick with PS in the future. The wait for a check from FTP is gay.

I'm American, my latest check was approved Apr 18 and is still not here. Will email support and find out what the deal is and keep this thread updated.

Your checks have always gotten here in 5 business days in the past. That is 10 days faster than you say it may get here. So now that you have changed your processor I will not tolerate ONE of my checks actually taking the 15 business days that you say it might. You should have it worked out with your new processor before they send out the first check that 15 days really means 5. So even though you've been delivering my checks in 1/3 of the time you said you would for the last 18 months I'm leaving and heading to PS!

PS I'm really just a complainer who will threaten to leave on a message board and not follow through. Please, please, please don't lock my account.

Well, at least they responded to my email in a timely manner, got a reply in about 4 hrs.

I had a check approved on 4/14 that is not here yet. By my count, that's 15 business days.

even tho my check was approved on the 15th i was told that it was mailed out on apr 28. if it's not here by tomorrow i'm going to assume that was a lie.

mail came, a bunch of envelopes, had high hopes. FTP was FOS tho. my check clearly wasn't mailed on Apr 28 like they said.

Which says nothing at all, of course.

I almost wish they'd say "You don't have your money? Tough titties. We're still within our guidelines, and even if we go over them, what are you gonna do? Go play at UB with the superusers? As if. And with what money anyway, since we have it???"

2 checks pending from April. Haven't received either yet. Earliest one is an April 16th approval date. Just trying to drain my account completely. I stopped playing there last year, mostly due to this issue. Full Tilt is terribly behind the industry standard with check cashouts. And only sending checks in U.S. funds is equally ridiculous.

Yea, tbh, while it's really ****ed up that we can't get our money, it's even more ****ed up that FTP is lying to us.

Might as well ask in here - I'm in the UK and withdrew via Visa, has the processor pulling out affected my withdrawal too? I only ask because I withdrew from another site 2 days after I withdrew from FullTilt and got that cash today.
