I emailed FT about not being able to get into the cashier and this was the response. I feel like this is completely unnecessary as the problem seems to be on their end, not mine. Is anyone able to access the cashier? If so, maybe I should give this a shot.

To fix this error, please clear your temporary Internet files and cache by following these
five steps:
1) Close any applications using Outlook Express, Internet Explorer and Windows Explorer.
2) In the "Control Panel", open "Internet Options".
3) Select the "General" tab.
4) Select "Delete Files".
5) Check the box next to "Delete all offline content", and click "OK".
This will remove any unnecessary files that have been automatically stored in your system from
previous Internet use.
Please restart your computer and try to make the withdrawal again.
If this does not resolve your issue,I would like you to do the following:
1) Close all programs and Internet Explorer Windows.
2) Open only one window of Internet Explorer.
3) Click on "Tools" in the main menu and select "Internet Options".
4) Click on the Programs tab.
5) Check the box titled: "Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default
browser" or "Tell me if Internet Explorer is not the default browser"
6) Switch to the "Connections" tab and click the "LAN settings" button.
7) If there is a check in the box beside "Automatically detect settings", please uncheck the
box.
8) Click "OK" to save the LAN settings.
9) Click "OK" to save your Internet options.
10) Restart your computer to ensure the settings take effect.
Start Full Tilt Poker and see if you are able to view your withdrawal options successfully.

1) Press the "Print Scrn" key on your keyboard.
2) Run "mspaint" by clicking on the "Start" button or Windows logo in the corner of your

"Accessories", and then "Paint".
3) In the MS Paint program, click "Edit" and then "Paste" to paste your screenshot. Please
keep the image and its attributes unchanged.

- What security / antivirus program do you use?
