Jailbreaking is for putting non apple-approved programs on the phone, unlocking is for using a different service provider.

All of this clamoring for a FTP iphone client is pretty laughable imo, and a pretty bad idea.

I'd rather not have people on shoddy wireless slowing down my games, thats way more valuable than me being able to 1-table from my iphone.

One small request for the slider bar--

My options (in case it's relevant) are that I've got it set to 'classic', mouse click goes to the bet size, scroll wheel goes in +/- BB increments.

What I'd like to do is click on pot, and then use my mouse wheel to adjust slightly from that, but what I have to do now is a second click somewhere in the bet window (text amount, or somewhere else like that) to make the wheel work. I'd love if that extra click to activate the bet amount/slider could be removed.

As homer simpson would say, that would increase my productivity 25%.

No chat during an all in is nice, but it could use an adjustment. Occasionally I'll find myself in a huge pot without being all in, and some nitwit is talking about the hand in chat. I'm sure there is some number of big blinds in the pot beyond which it would make sense to turn off the chat.

I believe what happens is he's on a waiting list, then said waiting list pops up while he's typing in a bet on a table. He hits enter, and all of a sudden it's a min-bet b/c the typed in amount no longer exists b/c of the waitlist prompt coming up. It's kind of hard to re-create but this has happened to me before.

can you PLEASE put in the word to find out about where my bank transfer from 5/30 is...support answers probably 10% of my emails and the ones it does answer take 3-4 days to geta response. requested it 5/30, everyone prior to 5/30 that was backed up got their transfers and even some from 5/30, but support can tell me nothing

Regarding support - "Things are progressing"? As long as I've been playing at FullTilt it's been the same story, it's a bit pathetic. Do those in charge simply not understand that the solution is to hire more staff? Because that's a pretty easy thing to do, it might take a week at most. It's not like they have to save up to afford the staff or that the staff have to be highly qualified and none are available. It's simply that none are being hired. Such a simple solution, so just in case they don't actually realise this could you pass the information on? Just in case they don't actually know this and are wasting their time in laboratories trying to genetically engineer a new ultra-helpful species, it really isn't necessary.

Hire some ethnic minoritories on minimum wage, hell run your customer service out of a sweat-shop in an underpriviledged country if you must I really don't care any more. Just try to answer simple questions within 24 hours, preferably not with a copy and pasted form letter that is only vaguely related to my query, leading me to send another email - only to get the same form letter in reply until I can't remember my original question.

Just a bug, I did a xfer last night and didn't get the email untill this morning about 9 hours after, pretty sure it's just a little glitch

The new transfers page sucks.

1 - cannot see the avatar when shipping
2 - Account needs verified - come on, at least if the accounts are verified before-hand then the transfers (at least smaller ones) should be instant now, which they are not.
3 - I'm getting transfer confirmation e-mails, but some people are and some are not - why?

I have to say that the store seems to be handled incredibly badly. I have e-mailed the store on a couple of different occasions with suggestions and questions but never received an answer. The store is quite a bad joke to be honest, especially the EU electronics bit. Is there an e-mail we could contact where people would actually bother reading and replying?

Also, last but certainly not least. I know many Swedish players and surely other players too are interested in where FTP actually is located. I have seen people contacting FTP asking about this to be able to fill in the tax forms correctly, and the FTP people have been replying saying that they can't give that information and ironically wished the guy good luck with filing his taxes... How helpful and nice of him! How serious does that make the company look? What are the reasons to this?

I'm wondering if FTP could implement the ability to select "Wait for big blind" the second you sit down at the table, instead of when the next hand is dealt. I'm running into two problems the way it is now,

1. Once I open a table and sit down, I'm immediately back in the lobby looking for the next best table to open. Because of this it's taking me a little bit longer to realize my options are timing down, and I'm stalling the game. Even if it's a few seconds, it's still irritating for everybody.

2. Because I'm hurrying myself as a courtesy to others, I've accidentally misclicked 'post BB' several times. No good.

Just wondering if you could look into it.
