If you're opening the store again, but not allowing bonuses or tourney tickets to be purchased, then why go through the trouble? Why not just ship the item I ordered two and a half months ago (and you better damn well give my order priority, given how long ago it was placed)?

Likely because they don't know yet if they can. Stars was not allowed to (or chose not to?) ship merchandise, FTP may be in the same boat.

Your company's horrible handling of this mess leaves us to believe you're lying out your *** as this point, and are stalling for some reason. What an absolute joke. Not only is there no timeframe in which we can get our money but we can only use our points to buy items in the store, in a timeframe that no one knows.

i think we players should set a date for them to commit or we persuade our friends in foreign countries to quit playing at full tilt or risk losing their funds. i realize that would make a run on ft and put them under but if we arent going to get our money back we should go down fighting. over a month is long enough. we could just be being played like a bad hand!

That they're going to open the store again is new information. The reason for some of the other delays, such as final rakeback payments, is new information.

Still, it would have been nice to have a timeline, or at least a rough estimate, of when we can cash out. Even knowing if it was more likely to be a week or another month would be nice.
