Doug is FTP's spokesperson here on 2+2 and apparently not a copy/paste bot like FTP's email support.

I have no hard feelings vs doug himself but the company he represents ****ed up big time today, so we tell him as he seems to be the only living person at FTP (at least the only one that knows that there are keys on the keyboard other than ctrl-c and ctrl-v)

There is nothing useful to me in this update. That is why i am complaining. I dont give a flying **** about antes at high level cash games and i dont give a **** about synchronized breaks, the stupid academy or any of that bull****. I care about the protection of my money. Clearly that must make me a busto.. good job dumbass

And i am NOT yelling at doug because i know he is referring all of our comments to whomever he is suppose to. I am yelling at FTP because clearly they cannot make serious changes that are relevant to all of their high volume players bringing in money for them.

Awww poor Doug and FTP, does all this work for the love of the game. Seriously STFU!! I make my living playing poker, and I pay $50-60k a year in rake to FTP. I feel that entitles me to have an opinion. This "update" has seriously damaged the FTP software, and ultimately my bottom line as well. If you dont agree, then you simply have no clue what you are talking about.

When people said we wanted to be able to open deep tables without scrolling through regular tables we were asking for a filter, not a relegation to the bottom of the lobby.

FWIW deep tables not running anymore means shortstacking becomes an even bigger problem.
Agreed needs to be changed back to what it was before.

8. Can you make the $3 90 man a super turbo?
- No, but we added some 45 man super turbo SNGs.
What about "normal" turbo 45 man SNGs though? How about $14+1, $28+2, $42+3, $70+5 45 man turbo and so forth?

And as usual:
Security tokens ASAP please.

Same, I went from exclusively Stars to basically exclusively FTP just getting min 10k vpps/month to keep up sn on Stars. One of the major reasons is the deep tables. For some reason even though Stars has 50 BB tables people don't really join them but on FTP I can literally play all deep tables. And to the guy who said deep tables are running, I typically play 200nl FR with a bit of 400nl. At 200 I can usually get 16 tables of all deep during peak, and around this time I could at least get 10 or so. There are now exactly 0 deep tables running at either 200nl or 400nl FR. Zero. If this continues I'm gone along with my 50k+ of rake I would generate for the rest of the year. It may have sounded like a good idea when you first thought of it, but it's just plain bad. If you want to add the fancy new icons in that's fine, but don't separate the deep from the normal tables.

What about the "rakeback alternative" for people who've signed up a long time ago through an affiliate not offering regular rakeback. For the past 1.5 years, whenever someone asks you what you're going to do, we get a standard "we're working on it" answer.

1.5 YEARS+ to figure out a system other sites are already using?? I don't know if you realize it, but you are loosing customers because of it, me included.

you got to understand that it is close to being financially impossible for them to offer a rake back alternative that's anything close the real thing when they're already paying a decent amount to the affiliate. You'd want them to give you something like 27% and 30% to the affiliate which whom they have a *contract* with ??? We're not in a magic world here... stop dreaming

This is a terrbile update. you're putting the deep tables at the bottom of the list. Nobody will join them if they're not noticible.

From another post:

The deep tables need to go next to the regular tables. It really makes no sense for the cap games to be between the regular and deep tables either. And I especially like how they made a new column for number of players, but that info is easily visible a few columns over. Especially confusing on the 5-handed games, where the new box reads "6".

wow, disastrous update. more security would be nice, but i'm not playing a hand until deep tables go back to being mixed in with the regular tables. Hopefully they'll change it back or else I'll have to find a new place to play... if I wanted solely preflop poker with a bunch of shortstackers I'd play 300 chip donkaments...

Hello Full Tilt Poker
Thanks for all of your hard work in creating, maintaining, and updating Full Tilt Poker's software. You have a great site and it will continue to grow and improve for many more years to come.

Also, thanks for releasing today's update to the software. It contains various improvements which we are excited about, including the tables with antes. There are some issues which are not preferred by your clients though. One of these is the separation of the deep tables from the regular tables. Sorting various table types into seperate sections is very good, but deep tables are not different enough from regular tables to be sorted out I believe. If they are sorted out to the bottom of the list, what will happen is that no fish will ever play there, and only regs will. This will result in not many deep tables running plus many regs will have their bottom line negatively affected, plus your bottom line will be negatively affected as well.

I want to continue to play at Full Tilt Poker, and so do many others, it's a great site. The separation of the deep tables is significant though in that it will affect many of your regular rake playing players in a way that will result in them moving over to PokerStars.

Please continue to update and improve the site, including mixing in the deep tables back in with the regular tables. This will result in more regulars playing at your site instead of other sites, which will increase your profits. You have done a lot of hard work to improve the site over the years and we appreciate it. Thanks, Yojimgari

Dear Doug:
IF you can't get RSA tokes implemented in the near future, can you at least implement PKI certificates that we can get issued from Full tilt?

It really isn't that hard.
