I'm in exactly the same spot. If I could still grind, I wouldn't mind the bounced check fee but suddenly that looks like a lot more money than it did a week ago.

I hope we can get an answer on pending bonuses soon. I had half a 2k bonus uncleared and the sooner I know what's going on with that the better (so I can check out clearing it in another [freer] country).

Do you answer every question doug or do you sometimes have ghostwriters? And why does stars seem to have no problem just processing cashouts while you guys have to wait for the feds to return the money?

You could call the bank the check was drawn on and ask if it will clear. I did that and they said it would not clear. My guess is no US checks will clear but I could be wrong.

I am sure its been asked but i haven't seen it. What about mid year Iron bonus that doug I believed confirmed would exist. Generally you get 100 for each iron month on down to 25 for each bronze month. If we are entitled to a mid year bonus we obviously can't play and unlock it? Are we just not going to compensated for that? Or what are the plans. Its a big part of the Iron man value.

Yesterday I converted a little over 16k of my Iron Man Medals into FTP points (805,000 FTP Points), but they still aren't showing up in my cashier. Is this a temporary delay? They will show up right?

Don't hold your breath. They're not currently paying people the money they owe to them. If you think they're going to tack on extra money onto everyone's payout for potential promotions those people would have been a part of if they could still play, you're probably overestimating Fulltilt's business morals.

I played on full tilt all year and I have no problem if I lose some benefits like the half-year iron man bonus. I realize this screwed you guys too and don't expect you to make us even on every minor detail like this.

+1 on this. I too was part of the Cash Back program, playing heavily to rack up that money. When will I receive my last payment?

HEY DOUG, I was in the midst of clearing a $1000 bonus and I had a $100 bonus active with only like $200 total released. What about the other $900 of uncleared bonus which I earned????

Please address this as I cant be the only one who was in the midst of clearing a large bonus.

Again, this sort of issue is far from a "minor detail" for a significant part of the player base. The value from these promotions was a big part of the compensation for low-stakes or part-time grinders.

FTPDoug confirmed that the mid-year bonus was coming, and we proceeded in good faith with putting the volume in (paying rake the whole time) to qualify, with the expectation that we would get a certain percentage of that rake returned to us, and without Full Tilt ever indicating that there was a risk that they were going to shut down in the U.S. (and SOMEBODY there certainly knew that).

All indications are that we're going to have to wait several weeks no matter what for any sort of cashout, so we might as well spend the time trying to iron out (so to speak) these sorts of issues.

If you or anyone else doesn't particularly care about the money from these sorts of promotions, fine. Email support and I'm sure they will be happy to exclude you from any settlement. But please let the rest of us continue to discuss the issue.

i just cashed out large parts of my roll via local bank transfer because i'm still not sure whats happening and i obviously wanna be rather safe than sorry. rumours say that full tilt went bankrupt and is going to have problems to pay out euro players once they start paying the players from the u.s.

can you comment on that and explain why my money is supposed to be safe? i dont wanna go to stars or something bc i hate that site but when it comes to security/reliability stars is looking way better these days than full tilt. how can i be sure that my funds are really safe?

Question: why Webmoney still not working, sir?

For the added bonus $500 awarded 4/21, if I choose to cash in my FTP with black card for cash, does the .04 per ftp accrue at the same time as the 4/21 i.e. resulting in effectively 0.08 per ftp? OR will the time run concurrently, but I will need to complete the 4/21 bonus and then the black card cashout bonus--one after the other, such that each ftp only releases cash for one of the bonuses.
