A. Hardware Security Tokens: Go to the Security menu item and select Additional Authentication. Many questions can be answered here:

B. New Advanced Filters: The ring game filter now includes "Minimum Players per Flop/4th" and the tournament filter now includes Satellite, Restricted, and Sit & Go filters.
Questions:
1. Will mobile phone app be available today as well?
- They should appear in the store in the next couple of days.
2. No one time passwords?
- Instead of a sheet of one time passwords as a backup, you can order and activate more than one security key/mobile app and use the extra(s) as your backup if your first gets stolen or lost.
3. Can just e-mail and answer a couple questions to stop using it? How is this more secure?
- The process for disabling the additional authentication isn't as easy as emailing in a couple of answers. If you only have one device and it gets stolen or lost and you need to go back to just username/password to log in, you'll have to follow the steps laid out in the FAQ (which have been updated), including knowing the answer to your secret question, passing a security check (making sure you are who you say you are), and even sending in further ID verification. If you really want to be able to play immediately after you lose your token, I highly recommend ordering more than one and keeping a second as backup.
4. Anybody know if someone else with the points can order one and have it sent to me, and I pay them with cash?
- Both options are available. You can have someone else order for you, or you can write to support and have them deduct cash from your account to order one.
5. Is this thing even made by RSA?
- It's not RSA. The company is VASCO, and the physical device is this:

6. iPhone, Palm Pre and Android support for the mobile device are a must
- iPhone support is there. I'm not sure when the other two will happen.
7. My confirmation email said to allow 6-8 weeks for delivery... is it really gonna take that long?
- It shouldn't take that long, hopefully the first batches should start arriving by the end of November/beginning of December. But 6-8 weeks is safer to say just in case something goes wrong.
8. Is there a reason the security key mobile app isn't in the ironman store?
- It should be there soon. We couldn't make it available until the feature itself was available in the game (since there's no shipping time).
9. is the thingy for mobile phones compatible w/ ipod touch?
- Should be, yes.
10. Very disappointed to hear that raise by SB still isn't in effect and still doesn't have a definite time frame. It really can't take this long to make such a small change.
- It's not the change itself that takes a long time, it's scheduling it in with everything else. As for time frame, I'm standing by my "if everything goes well it should be there before the end of the year" line.
11. 25nl and lower heads up tables please
- No plans for this just yet, but it's not out of the question.
12. can we get an increase to 24 tables?
- No plans for this.
13. highlight tables in the lobby a certain color for being on the wait list and another color for being seated
- This is coming sometime in the next few months.
14. the auto-rebuy/top-up needs to be adjusted. when i play cap games i only need it to reload to the cap, not 100BBs like my normal cash games, and certainly not 200BBs for deep tables. plz fix this!
- This will be fixed sometime in the next few months. You will only ever top up to the cap amount in cap games (since there's no reason to have more than that for any one hand).
15. Something indicating when opponents in a tournament are sitting out
- You can look in the last hand window for this information. It's purposefully not put on the table to prevent possible "sitting out angleshooting."
16. is someone from FTP at least looking at the FTP Store Wish List?
- I'll make sure the store folks are aware of the thread.
17. Sit out next big blind for ante tables please.
- This is going to happen.
18. Can you make the scroll wheel bet sizing thing to work on the whole table? Having to move my cursor to the little box is a pain while playing lots of tables.
- I believe if you select "Highlight Bet Amount" you'll get the behavior you want.
19. Is it possible to add a HU PLO tourney with like a 1k Guarantee ($10+1 or $20+2) just to see how it goes? IIRC the last 2 HU PLO tourneys during the MiniFTOPS received well over 1,800 participants.

20. Small issue, but very annoying when railing. If you have observer chat off can you disable the green text of "RAILTARD345 HAS HIS CHAT BANNED FOR 5 MINUTES, SPAMMING IS NOT PERMITTED." It's annoying to have to scroll through that garbage.
- Good point. I'll bring that up with the people who might be able to do something about it.
21. will you please address the sng popup in the next update?
- No, sorry. We will be addressing all sorts of SNG stuff in the future, though.
22. you mentioned a couple months ago that you'd ask about a $2000 Bonus for 9000 Medals item in the IronMan store. Any update on that?
- No update. As of right now we aren't planning on any additional bonuses in the Iron Man store.
23. What about a 43+ Month Level for IronMan?
- No current plans for this.
24. Since steps haven't been asked about in a while. What about step sngs? Please time me these are coming soon.
- They are coming, development will be starting soon. The first half of next year is about as close I can give to an estimate.
25. when you say "i'll look into it" what exactly does that mean in terms of actual likelyhood of [new stakes for limit hold'em] happening? 25%? 50%? a sure fire thing?
- It's 100% that I'll look into it. Unfortunately, I can't give any kind of % chance of it actually happening.
26. The notes box STILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL fkn goes behind the tables.
- Unfortunately, we're still not able to reproduce this problem. It would be very helpful if you could give more details about when this happens. Do you have third party apps running? Is it only with ring games, or does it happen with tournament tables too? Windows only, or has anyone seen it on a Mac? Basically the more info we have, the better chance of reproducing (and then fixing) the problem.
27. Can you guys fix the bet slider for pot limit games? When I click on it once to make it 3x the BB it goes directly to pot. This is super annoying and takes lots of time for me to type in the amount.
- If you go to Options->Bet Slider Options, what option do you have selected under "Mouse Click Action"? Sounds like it might be "Jump to click point" for you?

- It's down to $5/$10 now. I'm not sure how soon it will go lower than that.
30. Now that I've played a little more, I think it takes just as long as before for the tables to switch to the next one with pending action, and what's worse is that NOW, from time to time, it won't switch tables at all.
- Hmmm, that's really odd. When we had those focus issues a while ago, everyone was screaming bloody murder until we got it fixed. Now you seem to be the only person mentioning the issue. I'm not saying it's definitely on your end, but are you running any unusual third party apps that might be interfering? Has anyone else had any table focus issues like that lately? If nobody else is having the issue, I can have some folks try to debug the problem you're having if you PM me your system details and other software you're running.
31. I recently started playing some omaha, but noticed that the turbo's don't too high. Only up to $220s, while regular speeds go to $2000. I would LOVE to see one level higher, maybe 2 levels, like $330s and/or $550s. I'm too impatient for regular speeds (read: I tilt in them) so I don't feel like playing those.
- Added (heads-up only, 6 and 9 handed already went all the way up).
32. Any chance you could make higher buy-in 4seaters? At the moment, they only go up to $360s, so $720s or anything higher would be cool.

36. I've emailed support about this and mentioned it in a previous thread, but my stats button doesn't work and hasn't for ages
- That's the first I've heard of that problem. Is anyone else experiencing this?
37. When I type in a preflop raise of 2.5bb (say $25 on a 5/10 table), the client automatically reduces what I typed in to 2bb if any alerts sound (like the alert for the start of the 15 second timer). This is kind of annoying because I have to type the bet in again after the alert, or even worse sometimes I press "bet" right as my bet is being reduced down. Thus, I end up betting a smaller amount than I wanted to. Please fix this.
- We're looking into this. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to pinpoint the problem yet. If there are any further details you can provide (how many tables you're playing, if you're using any third party software, etc..) that would be helpful.
38. Is it possible to provide a bit more information when a table we were on the waiting list pops up?
i.e. what the avg pot is at the time it pops up, what the players/flop is, and other stats that are generally available in the lobby when we look up a table.
- Yes, we have some nice plans for waiting lists.
