yea that user is scammer.

I think you should show stars these images. Am too lazy to figure out if they are edited.

figure out which user he is on 2p2 also. who did you give your skype contact to?

PM me who you suspect then we will have mods shutdown that account so noone else gets shutdown for the time being.

OP,

I was a little harsh on you when it seemed you were the one multi accounting. However, there was still a fairly huge lack of common sense in what you chose to do and unfortunately there are at times consequences for that.

When you received Stars, did you always receive it from the same account, or was this other guy (always on the same skype) sending you funds from a ton of different Pokerstars accounts?

If it is the former, then while you should always be wary (especially when they casually toss you tips), that is a scenario that is more likely to be sympathetic. If you got transfers from 5+ different accounts when doing this, then a shred of common sense would have alerted you that something was wrong, and in fact once you saw a second different account name you should have reported it to Stars. Had you done that then I doubt your account would be closed.

Give Stars all of the data and make a genuine case that you are totally clueless when it comes to financial dealings and had no idea that this was bad. Ask them to open your account and remove your ability to send or receive transfers (no idea if they can do that), and thank them for helping you learn how these type of things work. That might help get your account back.

For sure i was naive and didn’t bother checking who sent this time vs last time ... i was in the mindset of let me get this money and enjoy this tournament

I deff recommend to those making trades verify the information i should of verified ... you don’t know who you are dealing with and what the consequences may be ...for me the harshest one was losing the privilege to play on PokerStars i would of gladly done anything else i don’t even mind losing my entire balance but not being able to play in the biggest fields sucks

Looking through private messages soon to see how many people i have given my skype Id to which i don’t think is many im fairly new to all this so that i could provide to mods

Emphasize how naive you were to Stars, and apologize. Show them this thread. You eventually communicated your story properly after some awkward beginnings (they closed account because you slept) and resistance.

The problem is you did continue to buy stolen goods from the back of a variety of trucks, and they may rightly decide that even if you were clueless and naive, and not part of the fraud, that having you ass a customer is not in their interest.

Still, you can appeal to them and show your situation properly and see what they do. Good luck.

Thank you ... i will try that and i will also assist them in catching all of his account as i don’t think they have based on the transactions history i am finding ( emails from “stars cashier”) and the email where they listed all the accounts

This is possible, yes.

As this sounds like a somewhat unusual case, 4 days does not seem out of the ordinary.

That used to be super unusual. If you're unhappy about it, you can always ask them to escalate the issue to a manager or their player advocate.
