Good morning dear,

My name is Raphael and this year I went back to playing poker on PS, I created a new account because I didn't remember the old account 7 years ago

I played in this new account and accumulated about 530 dollars and then the account was frozen.

I sent a message to the support and they answered me like this:


Hi Raphael,

Please note that creating more than one account is a violation of our Terms of Service.

After an investigation, it appears that the following accounts belong to the same person:

RRMaia90
AA Rapha AA


We closed all identified duplicate accounts and left the main account open RRMaia90, as it is the only one you can use. The remaining balances in your closed accounts will be transferred to this account. Do not create more duplicate accounts or you may be prevented from using our services.

You can consult our Terms of Service on the website at:

If you have forgotten your primary account password, go to the lobby screen and select:

Sign in → Forgot your password?

If you need to contact us in the future, please do so from the email address registered in your main account. To check or update that email address, select the following options from the main lobby:

Settings → Account details → Email

We have changed your account privileges so that you can use the same email address associated with the inactive account in your new account.

To change your email address, start the software and from the main Lobby, select:

Settings> Account Details> Email

Enter the new email address and click 'Apply'.

You may be asked to verify your email address. If this is the case, a numeric validation code will be automatically sent to your new email address.

Please return to ´Settings> Account Details´ and click on the “Validate Email Address” button.

I managed to recover my main account, whose nickname didn't even remember, but so far they haven't deposited the amount I had in the other account.

I send several e-mails and they don't respond, it's been 2 and a half weeks

Can someone help me?

No, no one can help you. You're just going to have to wait - what you describe is not an unusual experience on these boards. Next time you choose where to play online poker, you should evaluate the customer support experience of different sites before depositing.
