my question refers to the issue of flagged accounts on ps.

I hope this post finds you well.

First of all: my contribution is open and transparent. I do not conceal intentionally any information.

I may have violated the terms and conditions on PS in the past.

For one thing, I accidentally had the Pokerstove open several times when I started the software. But I have never used it during active play.

This is however the smaller problem.

I have often played with a buddy and sometimes with a other buddy. We hold 3 accounts. Partly we were logged in at his home, partly at mine. An agreement was never made while both accounts were actively playing - especially since we didn't sit at the same table in the big tournaments anyway. My credit card was also used to deposit money on both accounts.

Well, I know now that this is a certain kind of account sharing and I also know that I acted wrong here.

So far my PS account is not yet locked and if it would be locked because of that I could understand that.

However, I heard that there is the possibility that I would only find out about it if I won a bigger prize and I would find that somehow unfair.

So i want to clarify this now to be sure that im either flagged and will get problems with future payouts or i am not. So it should be escalated now.

Could you kindly advise me here? Anyone experienced such issue?

In addition I have a frozen account, due to deposit issues. But this was 11 years ago. I simply created a new one 6 years ago with the same information about me. I know, this doesnt make it better, but I feel like im awared right now^^. In general i expect more transparency of the business in regards to their customer.

I have already disclosed the case to PS Support, but I expect longer waiting times.

You're correct that your activity is likely to raise all sorts of red flags, so it was probably wise to be advise them of it. And you're right that you should expect longer wait times. Aside from confirmation of that, I'm not sure what you're looking for.

Dear Community, i try to be more precise:

I was looking for some experience reports.

How are my chances that i can clarify this.

How can i be sure that i will get paid, if i will cash a huge amount?

I mean why should i deposit and play, when they probably will freeze my account, after a huge winning?

Why do they wait till then? Why dont they freeze it now? Are they acting like this? Or is my assumption wrong?

What do i need from them as confirmation to be on the safe side?

You probably shouldn't play there untll you have received confirmation from the support because it can take over a month to solve it. In case if you score big I mean and you have two accounts with them and playing with your buddies from the same location.

Your previous account has already been deleted from our database in accordance with the provisions of the basic data protection regulation (DSGVO). Nevertheless, we would like to point out that it is a violation of our terms of use if users create more than one account. So please do not open any more accounts - for whatever reason - otherwise you could be excluded from all our services.

Unfortunately, I can neither guarantee that there will be no security problems with a withdrawal, nor can I tell you in advance if any documents may be required, and if so, which ones. Your Stars account is verified as mentioned above and there is nothing you can do proactively at the moment to prevent all eventualities.

That last sentence is reasonable. It means that *if* you told them the full truth about your previous activity, and *if* you don't do anything against their T&C in the future, you will be fine (but additional verification may at some point be necessary anyway - as it may for all players).

There is no such thing as "We guarantee that you will forever be able to deposit, play and withdraw without any delays or problems".

Sure SanchoHH, i understand it in the same way. But why cant they check now, if i have followed ever rule in the past. I told everything what i know. But they have all the data. So only they have the total truth about all activities. So my problem is that i would like to have this security check now and not when i will payout a huge amount of money. Thats reasonable aswell or? And thats my problem with that at all! I dont say that they will only check when winnining money, but they could.

Besides he said i cant do anything proactively, that means even if i havent tell total truth, it would be irrelevant to tell it.

I agree with SanchoHH. I'd say you're good to go if you haven't colluded or cheated in any way. They have accepted that you opened your new account because the old account was deleted, but they are saying do not open or use any other accounts.

Obviously, you could "force" a check by making a withdrawal of all of your funds, now. Assuming it goes through in the normal manner, you should have no further concerns - especially if you don't use your credit card or any other means to fund your buddies' accounts again, and if you don't play from the same location again. (I understand from your post that you informed PS that you have funded their accounts and that you have played from the same locations, in the past.)
