I sent it from my Blockchain trading wallet which is within my Blockchain wallet, I didnt realise this would be classified as an exchange, because it isnt an exchnage its still a personal private wallet - and it doesnt say that anywhere on their site, it only says dont send from an exchange, which I didnt, if they dont refund me I'll be suing them. They seem to be helpful, they are asking for the etherscan link and provider so they are at least trying to locate it. But they can see the money deposited and I've provided them a clear and transparent screenshots showing the transaction, to the cent/eth from my Blockchain wallet that matches the etherscan. They cant just take my money, in Blockchain its a simple mistake, its confusing as you can easily make the mistake on there.
