rakeback is paid in CHP. they are unclear at which rate they convert CHP price to USDT. After you leave the table, your rake(usdt) is converted into CHP(if you have any in your account) .

I am having difficulties getting a withdrawal or deposit to confirm my account.

I have experience using crypto with BetOnline and ACR, which work very well. I made a deposit today, and one hour later, both sites had the money, CoinPoker.. NOTHING. Sent same day and around the same time, so they are very slow compared to those two.

I've been trying to get a withdrawal for a few weeks now and made a few deposits to confirm my bitcoin account, but they never arrive and suddenly "disappear" even though I am sending exactly the same way as I sent to ACR and BetOnline... What the **** is happening?

The whole site seems like a mess.

I got the withdrawal. I had to use Legacy Bitcoin to get it through. Use Binance or similar to get your withdrawal.

Not sure if anyone from CoinPoker monitors this thread but one big issue I have with the software is the 'notes'.

When you want to make a note on a player, the note covers the table and cant be moved, which means you have a choice of mucking your current unknown hand or making a note on the player. The player usually disappears after a big hand so I always lose the note.

Would be helpful if the note could be moved off the table to be finished after the hand, or alternatively, allow you to retrieve the note on a player from the replay screen.

I just deposited via ETH using my Blockchain wallet but from my 'trading account wallet' as opposed to my private key wallet, I used their QR code, didnt type anything in manually. The money never showed up in my CoinPoker account, they are now asking for etherscan link or transaction ID from Blockchain even though I have provided them proof it was sent to their wallet. I feel like they are giving me the run around or I'm being scammed. Never had this happen before, but it went directly form my blockchain wallet, not an exchange.

They banned me from the CoinPoker telegram for nothing but asking where my money is, they also have no live chat feature in the client and the only port of call is email.

Has anyone had issues like this with them, I didnt send it from an exchange as per their warning, it was just sent from one of 2 wallets i have on Blockchain, which happened to have money in it, my trading wallet.

If you send it from a trading or exchange wallet, it's over for you. Even if you sent from an unapproved address, it's unlikely you will get it back. They want you to have 1 wallet address approved and use that every time for deposits & withdrawals.

I would send them the etherscan or whatever they ask for its your only hope.

I sent it from my Blockchain trading wallet which is within my Blockchain wallet, I didnt realise this would be classified as an exchange, because it isnt an exchnage its still a personal private wallet - and it doesnt say that anywhere on their site, it only says dont send from an exchange, which I didnt, if they dont refund me I'll be suing them. They seem to be helpful, they are asking for the etherscan link and provider so they are at least trying to locate it. But they can see the money deposited and I've provided them a clear and transparent screenshots showing the transaction, to the cent/eth from my Blockchain wallet that matches the etherscan. They cant just take my money, in Blockchain its a simple mistake, its confusing as you can easily make the mistake on there.
