ewalletxpress issue with Carbon Poker & Bodog

Thanks for helping in advance. I recently tried to depo on carbon via my newly created ewalletxpress acct. The account is already verified etc with a sufficient balance.

I tried to deposit and it was denied. I got on live chat and the rep of Carbon said that my poker login needed to match my ewalletxpress username? Is that normal? I just wonder because then I'd have to change my ewalletxpress username each time I depo'd onto another site right?

I also tried it on bodog and got this message
"1006-Login failed - invalid login and/or password " after I tried to deposit using my correct information for ewalletxpress.

The probably mean your email addy has to be the same.

They are. I recently changed them on the pokersites to my new email which is the one that ewalletxpress uses. This was done like 3-4 weeks ago and verified so that shouldn't be the issue.

Email adds don't have to match anyway. Are you putting in your correct ewalletxpress access code? I've deposited via ewalletxpress at carbon and Bodog more than once without any problems.

Is this a new ewallet acct? Even though you've verified you acct, it takes a few days for your first deposit to clear and to be available. Go to your ewallet acct and see if it says "pending", if so, you want be able to deposit untill they clear it.

Solved, I changed my access code and it worked. Thanks. It said it cleared today (no longer pending). However, I got an email like 2 minutes ago telling me it cleared. So maybe the clearance on their site was a little premature? Oh well it worked.

because carbon is a joke..when the want your TAN number they really want your account number....whatever it is they request use the opposite...or make sure if it is the TAN number you are reading it right,,,ive had numerus problems with this...ask live chat they will tell u y
