They have been around for about as long as anyone. Previously known as Intertops. Not a scam, but they have always been among the most demanding with regard to identification documents, especially those that do not show proper details. Utility bills need to be recent and match the address, and photo IDs must show the information they need. This has been in place for 15+ years, so once you provide them what they need that will resolve the issue, unless you believe they have run an online gambling business for decades with the end goal being to plan to steal some pocket change from you. They should have a toll free number to call as well, unless they removed that feature.
