Hi there,

I am new here but I have to write to warn everybody who plays on any Everleaf skin.

I am playing on this network more than 4 years ago and till the last times it was absolutely good. More than 1000 players on average and fast cashouts (1-2 weeks) and the players were enjoyable with few regulars.

But from the beginning of this year evetythisg has been changed. It started with the excludation of the Americans. The number of the players started declining and cashouts took more than a month as well. During the summer the number of the average players were about 600 in peak times. The situation do not chaged till that time. Fishes are extinct, there is only reg wars. And, which is the most important, cashouts are almost completely disappeared. I have several cashouts in process till September. Which was once max. 2 weeks now it takes 2 months - hoping once I got them.

I have tried to contact support numerous times, but I always got this "form answer" like it was on last Monday:

Me: I really fed up with this "form answer"
Me: this is an unequivocal lie
Me: I know players whoes got his withdrawals 2 times
Me: and both withdrawal's date was afrer mine
Me: So?
Lily: Im sorry this is all the information I have regarding this issue are you sure both players requested a cashout after you?
Me: absulutely sure
Lily: Im unaware of that
Me: so what is the real reason?
Lily: This is the reason, the overwhelming amount of cashouts requested on a daily bases has slowed our systems down
Me: its beliveable in week delay ... but not in 5 weeks
Me: and of course I have made 4 different cashouts, not 1
Lily: I understand your concern however please be assured that you will receive your funds as soon as possible
Me: If I have to wait for your intensity it could be soon at Easter ...
Lily: Unfortunately this is all the information I have to provide
Me: probably I have to contact with LGA for a reliable answer
Lily: Unfortunately this is all the information we have to provide at the moment
Me: so nothing ...
Me: I know its not your fault so I only mention a fact: if the network do not start my cashouts TODAY, I will do the neccessary things like contatct LGA to check the withdrawals on the whole network and post this conversation on 2+2 and ther poker forums ... I am out of patience
Lily: I Understand your frustration and I can imagine the inconvenience this has caused however I assure you that you will receive your funds as soon as possible
Lily: As you are aware we have never left a player unpaid no matter what the delay has been all our players receive their funds
Me: ok, I will wait till tomorrow and if the cashouts won't starts I will do the necessary things I mentioned above
Lily: Thank you for your understanding and your patience regarding this issue
Lily: I will pass your details onto Management to look into this matter for you and she will contact you as soon as possible.

Me: have a nice day!


Inspite of that I waited for another week -without any cashouts - and tried to contact them again today:

Me: now I am sure that this network is dying and players will be never paid

I became sure they will never pay my cashouts as they are obviously in the same shoe like FullTilt was on the Black Friday I can only suggest for everyone: DO NOT PLAY ON EVERLEAF AND START CASHOUTS ASAP!!!

Any ROW updates , any cashouts paid, they seem to be getting slowler and chat support and emails giving less aways its sick , I've written to the LGA but no response.

Us customers need a voice , some power and some legal backing ....if I find the way foward I will communicate it

i am from USA and i have $2,300 on there - mintedpoker.eu. I also heard that Moneybookers is now open to USA players - is this correct? I will make an account there and try and get my money off this terrible site.

My friend Matt (US player) got a 30k cashout from Minted not too long ago, I'd say about 3 or 4 weeks ago? According to him that was his entire account, whatever amount close to 30k that he got....but he said he has a buddy with 100k on there that got a cashout which was only for 5k lol. So they still owe the other guy 95k.

Tried looking for him on AIM but he's not on right now to come post in here.

You cant use Moneybookers as a US player. If it was that easy, wed all have gotten our money off long ago. Or more likely, theyd have never listed it as one of the only "two options" for US players.
