They do and Im beggining to wonder if its worth it. My CC has since been removed as an option and a load is still pending for better then 10 days???? I asked about raising my limits and they said I would have to send in all this documentation. The thing is I already did the first time I got the limits changed and to receive the atm card. They dont keep very good track of things at epass to say the least.
