Hello, I am playing at GGpoker through an agent who manages deposits and withdrawals, I have total confidence in him but I have doubts with GGpoker. my doubts are:
-1) in the terms GGpoker mentions vpn as something that is not allowed, however we all know that it does nothing, even from countries like france/portugal/spain I can play without vpn. My question is a winning player who only makes withdrawals would he be on the blacklist of possible bans?
-2) I live in a regulated country and I can play at ggpoker WITHOUT VPN. What do you recommend I use the vpn or play without?
My account has the documents verified and they were approved without problem.

-3) I would like to know if there are cases of account bans for players who use vpn with agents.

christ almighty. don't play through agents, don't use vpn's, and you won't have issues with getting banned or scammed

I know some players who live in those countries where there is no law regarding online poker, but the clients are blocked.
Porn sites, photos of women in bikinis, political news unfavorable to those in government, etc. are also blocked.
basically a lot of sites from the most varied topics are blocked. Social media are also monitored by governments.

most of GG skins (same with iPoker skins) allow no VPN usage, but a few allow it to do so without any ban or violation/ penalties

VPN usage on GGpoker is not allowed unless the support grants it which will likely never happen

1) dont understand why you are worrying when you have access to GGpoker without vpn and thinking of possible bans?

2) similar like point 1) - why you think of using a vpn when you have native access to GGpoker without VPN from your country?

3) there are some violations / penalties I know of but just because the certain agent was outside of the ToS of GGpoker.

if someone wants to play with VPN legally on GGnetwork, the player should definitely not take GGpoker as the skin, whereas other GG skins permit it depending on the country.

saying VPNs on GGnetwork is banned is like saying Poker is rigged

contact them explaining that you live in one of those countries that is not on the banned countries list, that there is no law regarding online poker but that the sites are blocked because they block everything in these countries. you explain that you will need to use a vpn to access the site. that you have to use vpn all the time to read news watch the tons of any kind of sites that are blocked by these governments. you send the documents they approve them in a few days and you can play. using the vpn pick a country and keep that.

it's not like one lives in France for example, where there are rules and laws on online poker and a person who lives in France can't play on the .com and he pretends to make believe that he lives in country where one can play on the .com.
we are talking about countries where there are no laws about it, they probably don't even know what poker is.

no it doesn't. any time you are adding in an additional unnecessarily step towards playing, you are increasing your chances of being scammed, banned, or both. is that really so hard to understand?
