Does GGPoker turn a blind eye to VPN?

Is this really the norm. A pro told me it’s standard and ethical.
Is this breaking the rules? Especially if the rule maker is turning a blind eye to it.
Is GG circumventing local laws by having an agent / affiliate system?
Should we be concerned with a poker site willing to break the law/rules or poker players willing to skirt the rules?
Would people advise for or against playing this site out of jurisdiction?
While legality doesn’t equal morality. I’m still not trying to break the law or the rule even if the law or rule is a bad one (obviously I’m all for a rule change).

The agent / affiliate system has to be there to circumvent laws, otherwise it would be an absolutely ridiculous system to have.
I would say if you care about ethics, you shouldn't support a shady business like this in the first place, even if you didn't have to VPN.
As far as the ethics of VPN'ing goes, there are players that move out of the US and into a different country they don't even want to be in, in order to play legally. I think those players would not consider it ethical to VPN. I don't really care that much, I doubt most people care.

Anyone who looks at the agent/affiliate system and then thinks GG won't cheat them is a fool.

Could not care less. Traffic is good so don't give a rats bottom how the players access the site. If they want to risk it with affs agents and vpns then go for it.

Would like to know this as well from people who are actively using a VPN. Do you cashout through an agent? Or does the site pay you? If the site pays you do they not require any proof of address? Do they ever ask for ID? really bizarre
