Just wondering. I posted 2 letters from FTP and Pstars regarding the eCheck slow down we're currently experiencing.

They both say that there is nothing wrong/out of the ordinary. But, obviously many are experiencing these delays. What am I missing?

Pokerstars has the best customer service period. Full tilt is good as well. They are pretty active in the forums and add games or make changes based on what the players want. Most of the other sites just want people to sign up mostly.

Do poker sites know we share ideas here? Yes.
Do poker sites care that we share ideas here? Yes.
What are you missing? That there is nothing out of the ordinary with the eCheck "slowdown".

Get use to delays from time to time. Even if poker site are the best they can get delays of this nature which are normal in the online world.
