wait i agreed to chop HU of a tourny earlier this month

the guy agreed then started to play again he clearly agreed by saying OK in the chatlogs and i emailed stars and they said it was unenforceable

this seems like a double standard that stars is enforcing this deal and not mine

oh and OP is a slimeball dirtbag disgrace

The slight difference here, imo, is that the other guy in this case shipped money, which was in effect "stolen" by the OP.

In your case, Steroid, there was an agreement in chat that was reneged (sp?). Stars has moderators to come to chat and enforce / moderate chops - I'm sure if the OP's situation was just a disagreement about "we agreed to chop", stars would be less inclined to get involved, but since money was shipped (giving the moran OP more than 1st place winnings), Stars looked at it said "I don't think so, douchebag..."
