hello everyone. I play as CplKillSh0t on Americas Cardroom. Tonight i made 2 back to back deposits of 100 bucks a piece. I was only credited with one of them. I checked my bank account and it shows that ACR indeed took both deposits from my account of 98.48 a piece, yet i was only given 90 dollars in my account. I wrote an email to support with a screenshot of my account showing that it took two deposits of 98.48 from my account and they responded saying that they deposited 100 dollars in my account. Well, that would be fine and dandy, except the problem is i made 2 100 dollar deposits back to back so i want the other 90 they owe me (since they take 10 dollars for using a visa card). Im not trying to make accusations yet or say anything bad i just want my issue resolved. Thank you

Is it possible that one will be credited back to your bank? (i.e. a hold was placed)

Making a thread titled ACR *STOLE* my deposit is certainly an accusation.

That being said; it sounds like you deposited via card and for whatever reason, one deposit was not credited.

The only suggestion I can make is E-mailing support with attachments of supporting charges and they will likely credit you for the deposit when reviewed.

There are many reasons why your deposit is in limbo; ACR "stealing" would not be my guess considering they are processing player withdrawals daily for 4 and 5 figure cashouts without issue.

I mean its not in limbo in my bank account. Ill attach a screenshot here but my bank account was debited 2 withdrawals from ACR and i was only credited with 90 bucks so i mean what would you call that? I did email them and it was of no help. All i want is the other 90 dollars. I cant figure out how to post a screenshot

Anyway, as ridiculous as you accusation is....pm winning_td with screenshots of your debits from your bank account and screen shots of tour financial history showing a single credit, along with your email on the account and username. Then, without making any asinine accusation, ask I'd he can help.

He will probably get back to you within 24 hours with wither it being resolved or what needs to be done to resolve it.

ok..how is that a redicolous accusation? i made 2 deposits of 100 dollars each and they only gave me 90 dollars of it. After contacting support with screenshots and everything, they told me that they looked into it and see that i was credited with 100 dollars. Problem with that is i deposited 200 dollars. I knew posting here i would take flack from some of you nose in the air type people but i want my money plain and simple and i posted this here for an ACR rep to see. Youre accusing a company of stealing 100. Has it even crossed your mind that it hasnt shown up on their end? Or do you just expect them to credit you money they havent received yet? I think you should relax a little bit.

how has it not shown on there end? it shows in my bank account that they took the money. the second deposit i was given, the first i was not. im not the only one with these issues and ive heard these problems from pro players saying to stay away and i went ahead and deposited anyway with an issue right off the bat. as of right now they have stolen 100 bucks from me until i recieve it

thread develop? theres going to be no develop. either i get my money or i dont and i just despute the charge on my end. its that simple..they took the money from my bank account already. both of the deposits they took. Im sure something happened to why they havent credited my account, but i already emailed them and got a response from them basically telling me they gave me my money when they didnt. i dont want to do a charge back but what do i do? thats last resort. ill cash out my money and then do a charge back if i have to but thats not what i want to do at all. and i wasnt really talking about you. im just trying to get help on this issue, was hoping a acr rep was here that could help but apparently there not here anymore. email doesnt seem to be working with resolving this, though i will see tomorrow if it gets resolved

TD has helped many many people resolve problems, even the ones with baseless claims like yours or....keep carrying on so when he does see this he will be less inclined to help.
