I have an old fulltilt account but I am unable to access it. Does anyone know how to contact fulltilt poker? They are not responding to my emails from their previously used email address.

And yet there is a still a full tilt website but it links to PokerStars. However when I talk to PokerStars they tell me 1. My account never existed; and 2. That I need to contact fulltilt.

As for fulltilt having a cutoff in 2011, I have had emails from them after that date.

If indeed full tilt are no longer in operation then what has happened to funds that they were holding on behalf of players?

The answer is different if your account was US-based or non-US based, and whether the account was created pre-2012 or post-2012.


If your account was pre-2012 and US-based, then you had an opportunity to seek remission via GLG as Mike has linked above, but the window to seek remission has closed.
If your account was pre-2012 and non-US based, then your account may have been migrated to PokerStars at some point, but also may not have been if it was deemed dormant.
If your account was post-2012, then it is likely that PokerStars has some record of your account.
