Been 12 days since I requested a cashout, still not authorised.
Emailled them a few days ago and they said:

I replied asking why it takes so long:

I'm afraid that there are many factors that delay a withdrawal. For starters we do not process over the weekend since the payments department will not be one, we also had a bank holiday last week. Therefore more and more payments are requested and this creates back-log.

I'm sure I'll get the money, but if I'd known it would take this long I'd have been better prepared.
This normal? Anyone else got issues?
