Been 12 days since I requested a cashout, still not authorised.

Emailled them a few days ago and they said:

Dear Ross

Thank you for contacting our Chilipoker Support Team

Our payments department have informed us that your most likely your withdrawal will be paid at the beginning of October.

If you have any questions or you require any further assistance, please feel free to contact us immediately.

I wish you a lovely day
Kind regards
Oriana
I replied asking why it takes so long:

Dear Ross

I'm afraid that there are many factors that delay a withdrawal. For starters we do not process over the weekend since the payments department will not be one, we also had a bank holiday last week. Therefore more and more payments are requested and this creates back-log.

If you have any questions or you require any further assistance, please feel free to contact us immediately.

I wish you a lovely day
Kind regards
Oriana
I'm sure I'll get the money, but if I'd known it would take this long I'd have been better prepared.

This normal? Anyone else got issues?

chilipoker sucks, it took them about a week to send me money via moneybookers + after this cashout they insta mailed me with the question:

Why did I decided to do that and bla bla bla.

Then they offered me a special deal during some hours (i would not be able to benefit from they normal vip program).

So i made some calculations about it and as a result i got that this special vip offer is worth less than the standard program.

quit chilipoker asap

I've been waiting since the 11th of September, it is getting ridiculous. I can't wait to get all my money off there and never play there again

FWIW when I cashed out what I had on there (around $9k IIRC) I did it in three chunks - each one took two to three weeks. They would either refuse to provide dates when I would get my cash, or provide them and fail to meet them.

I'm not sure whether this is incompetence on their part or a genuine cashflow problem - either way, I won't be going back and I won't be recommending anyone to have money on there. All of the correspondence I had with them made me feel I was being lied to. If they are having liquidity problems then this doesn't bode well - they should have ready access to your money.

I'd be interested to know where exactly they are based (or, more importantly, where their bank accounts are based) as they fed me the bank holiday line as well.

That doesnt sound good.
Had 2 k there and got it transferd to chili.fr. Due to very low traffic and the horrible rake I never played there and deceided to cash out.

Been since the end of August now and still no cash.

I got mine after a couple weeks..they explained that:

Quote:

Hi Ross,

i did my quick investigation, as promised.

As you know we are part of ipoker network, which mean that our players are playing against others players from others cardroom. As you are a good player (winning), which is good for you, you obvioulsy win money from others players. In your case, you won +$40k in cash game (mainly head's up) in september. Sounds that this money is coming from players which were not on chilipoker, so we dont hold their funds.Technically, we have to get the money from ipoker that they have collected (once a month), as a clearing house, to be able to send your funds.

Im really sorry and i do understand your frustration, even if we guarantee 100% of the clients funds (which is not the case of all poker room !!), we need to get winnings funds to then transfer to the client.

i hope you understand my explanation, feel free to contact me

thanks,

Alexandre.
so I'm still playing there
