Hello Tiger Rep,

I have some concerns about withdrawing cash in the future, because of my location. When asked for my address, when starting an account, I am unsure what I should provide.

I currently live in Thailand, proof of my address is only in Thai on my lease and utility bills ( I may be able to get this changed in the future) I am a New Zealand citizen, and will be returning to New Zealand in 3 weeks for a 2-4 month period. After this I will be returning to Thailand, at potentially a different address to the one I am currently at.

My questions are

A) What address should I give to registering an account? i.e My Thai address, in Thai( or do I need to make sure I only live at an address which can be provided in english?) Or my New Zealand residential address.

B) Should I notify tiger support, when changing address and or country?

C) Will in be problematic, if when asked to provide proof of address it differs from the one my account is registered to?

Can you please explain me how it's possible that some people collected more than 900 points in this promotion during one week? Its theoretically not possible as I grind 6-7 hours per day, 12 tables and was able to get sth around 100. Please explain it to others.

When you create your account please provide your current address. You will need to provide documents to verify that address (preferably in English) when you cash out. You have to notify us when you access your account from different countries because it may lead to your account being flagged. When your address changes you'll need to provide proof of address for the new address.

The change of address information should be sent to cashier@chicopokernetwork.com

Please keep in mind that you can submit Full house, royal flush and four of a kind. Players who spend hours playing poker are likely to see many full house hands. This is how some players have accumulated hundreds of points in a few days. I can assure you that all hands are checked and verified to ensure they meet the stipulated criteria.

Ok thanks for the reply, I will be in Thailand for another 3 weeks. 0% chance I would be cashing out during this time. Would it be easier to provide NZ address to avoid confusion for future? Also I may not play till I get back to NZ, I want to observe traffic before deciding on how much I want to deposit.

I am wondering

A)If I plan to not play until I am in NZ( 3 weeks) would providing NZ address create less or more confusion relative to a thai address in thai which will need to be changed in a few weeks( but want account to observe volume)?

B) If I plan to play, but not withdrawal while in NZ, would listing NZ address creating less confusion, as opposed to a thai address in thai?

What you'd need to do when you sign up is provide your current address which would be in Thailand. If you don't intend on withdrawing at that time you won't need to provide documents.

Once you go to New Zealand you can send us documents to update your address.

To ensure that your account isn't flagged it is best to provide your current address.

hey tigergaming rep, any chance you guys introduce the format heads up hyper turbos in the future? they are very popular as seen on platforms such as stars, wpn and merge.

Tigerrep, could you PLEASE create an option to "disable popup table to front" Because the table is always popping up when its my action I have had many misclicks meant for another application, that is costing tons of money! Thank you

^^^ I'm specifically talking about BetOnline, Also, when you click the bet box it erasing the entire box, so you have to enter in the amount again!. Cant you make it so it only highlights the amount please!!!

I have not deposited yet, and am just observing at the moment. in the first 20minutes ive already had 2 messages, saying they are try to 'reconnect me' then all the tables disappear, and i need to rejoin them. is this standard for this network?

yes, it's been going on for a while. At certain times during the day everyone gets disconnected every few minutes. Reported this to support multiple times.

What do the [P] [D] buttons do?( the ones next to the chat)

I see there are some 'NoAll-ins' tables. what is the difference between these and normal tables? i.e if it actually means 'no allins' can i put in 99% of my stack?

[P] an [D] are to enable/disable player and dealer chat.

'no allins' just means there's no all-in protection afaik. If you get disconnected your hand is folded. When everyone disconnects the entire pot goes directly to tiger.

Glad to hear it's sorted. I see that you received the 100% sign up bonus on your deposit. You can view all current deposit bonuses in the poker software when you make your deposit. We're going to have a special one running tomorrow

I will recommend this to our developers however I cannot guarantee if it will be implemented or when.

If you're disconnected during a hand the pot will never go to us. If 5 people are in a hand and 4 people disconnect the pot will go to the 5th person. It will never come to us. We only take the rake from the pot.

I was joking, but the question is what happens if all 5 disconnect?
