not sure if this is the right place for the thread.

I get an error message stating:

Casino component 'topview_holdem_omaha' is missing and cannot be downloaded.

This is on winner.co.uk poker which is on the ipoker network. Has been happening for the past 2 days and for those 2 days support has kept telling me different ways to uninstall and reinstall the software which hasn't worked.

I've uninstalled my AV and firewall, I've ran in admin mode also to no avail.

Also I have no mods or scripts installed for ipoker

If any1 has had this problem and fixed it could you help me please

its not working perfectly for me coz i cant see cards , if it works for you can you tell me how u did that ?

well its kind a wierd
support are telling some bull**** about browsers and cache but it should not have any influence on soft
and it looks like component missing or being bad is one that is responsible on seeing cards ...
it should be investigated IMO

other Ipoker networks work fine. so whats the problem ?
scan your computer dude and find out if u have any wiruses

already did virus scan, support told me the same, they are useless winner support, i cant see opponent cards if that is what you mean, so i don't know who is seeing flop.

I have the same stupid issue, Ive read all the above nothing works!! Winner Poker technical team are a set of idiots take days to reply to each message and offer advise like shut down and restart your PC!!! Re-install the software!!! Do they not think ive done this already. This despite me explaining what ive already done to try and solve the problem. Only reason im carrying on with this rubbish is because im only a few loyalty points away from getting a free HEM2.

So far i have re-installed the software 3/4 times, Used system restore to 2 previous restore points. Checked i have the latest adobe flash player, done a full system virus and malware check. Nothing works at all i still get that bloody message!! Its been a week now and im about to give up.

omg I thought I was going mad and I was the only one with this problem. I have got the same response from support. One has to question their intelligence level when they keep advising users it is a problem on our end and yet clearly it is happening to a lot of people. Guess the thought that their software has a problem just never crossed their mind.

if you check the 'data' folder, the file 'topview_holdem_omaha' is actually there, so not sure why the client doesn't recognise it

So has anybody actually manage to sort the issue? Winner seem to have absolutely no clue whatsoever!

Ok guys I have sorted it, despite no help at all from winner poker who just say it's with there back office in very unspecific and generic emails. After reading the above comments that the file does exist, I went into the directory found the offending file may actually have done this while winner poker was running in the background can't actually rememember, probably not pivotal. I then dragged the file (topview_holdem_omaha.gam) out of its folder and put it on my desktop. I tired to load up a cash table and obviously it said can't find the file. I put the file back in its original place and reloaded up winner poker. It recognised it and now I'm back up and running. Can't believe the hassle I've been through and for such a simple fix. Hope this helps anyone else experiencing this hassle as winner will take all year and still tell you nothing.
