just got $150 put in my accnt that shows in history as CSG. What is this? I have rakeback but that shows as VIPPAY. I just had a payout processed yesterday and I know they said they would refund me the check charge once it was processed as it is my first of the month(lol at anyone being able to get 2 in a month). But that was only a $35 charge.

might be a rake race payment or something... like from RaketheRake etc

I have RB from pokersource and dont think they have rake races. I did turn a few gold cards in for some contest or something a week ago but I have no idea how any of that **** works, I was just clicking buttons.

Are there any sites as Good as Poker Stars and Full Tilt were currently or do they all suck?

Are any of them legal, easy to use and safe?

they all suck, payouts are slow as **** on Cake and likely to be slow in the future on all sites. all money could get seized at any point in the future just as PS/FT/Cereus money was seized. Playing online is currently very risky (and it always has been since UIGEA regs were finalized). the sites are going to have the most difficult to beat games you will ever see. Just think about who is playing on these sites.

So UMW cashouts are taking over 30 days? That is ridiculous. What is so hard about electronically funding UMW payouts.

To be fair, today is only the 24th day since 4/16 (which was a Sunday), which includes weekends.

It just take time. I'm sure that your gonna get your money. But it would be nice if the sites beefed up their customer service and sent a few CS related emails, (not that it would speed up the transaction, but at least the players (and potential players) would have a little extra confidence that everything is A-ok).

A little TLC makes a world of a difference to existing customers, and potential customers like to see it too.

Hey Cake, how about getting a Rep on this board. It would make a world of a difference.

CS replies to emails within minutes...its unreal...they claim everything is on the up and up and are processing cashouts as normal...they are behind because of a tech issue that occured in April...I just wanted to hear from the people...

Requested a Cashout as of 5/4 via moneybookers, which stars can process in seconds +titan/merge 24hrs. Sent them an email about an hour ago. Receive one in 5 minutes after asking about the long delay:

Hello ******

Thank you for your email. At this point we do not have a definitive timescale for these payments and i would not like to increase your frustration by giving you another date for payment that comes and goes, we are currently working on this issue and hope to bring you some more information as soon as possible. Sorry again for the unfortunate delay.

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

Kind Regards

****

Seems legit, although why have such good customer service and the worst cashouts? Something is wrong here IMO.

I got a transfer of 20k, and i have about 22k now, i tried to cashout 17k and look what i get... This is a joke, I don't need over 20k to play .50/1$ plo games because that's all that runs on this site. What can I do?

"Please note that your previous cashout request as been cancelled as the funds are the direct result of a transfer. Transfers are for the funding of friends and families accounts who would not otherwise be able to play. They are not meant as a method to re-pay debts or cashout funds for other players who wish to circumvent the cashout process. The funds must be transferred back to the account of origin in order to be cashed out. Sorry for any inconvenience."

That is the same rule that FTP and Stars have. You are going to have to play for a bit before they let you cashout.

Yeah, its a well know fact there are people using HUDS on Cake, and not only that, Cake has done nothing at all to seriously combat this problem. Us old Cake heads have been trying to get them to address this problem for years now.

If it was a check, you should have it in a few days.
