Whenever I try to load the previous hands window, Cake (Cardspike) just
freezes up and I have to close it with Task Manager. Anyone else have this
problem?

You must be right - just tried to email them and got this back:

The following message to <support@cardspike.com> was undeliverable.
The reason for the problem:
5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'No such domain at this location (support@cardspike.com)'

And their Live Support is 'closed' (dead?)

same prob myself.. i have the actual cake software... emailed them about it.. and they told me to reinstall it... did it... same prob on all 3 of my computers... very annoying...
