Hello I tried to exchange now points for cash in bwin.com but it seems they disappeared and only are tournament tickets now?
Anyone knows something about?
Please tell me something, thank you in advance.

Take the tickets,as long as u can.
They took all of my points some years ago,without any notice or anything.
When asked,they didn't give a flying ****.I had a lot of points,years of sng/mtt grinding.
So yeah,you'r better off w those mtt tickets.

Not only did they remove all cash but they quadrupled the price of tickets. So your points are only worth 25% of what they used to be worth.

Bwin = total scammers!!! I've been sending e-mails since 15th of October about their plans to change the loyalty system , but they keep on saying up to now they can't say anything about it, but changes are coming.
So what have they done, indeed increasing the price & also what's worse you can only buy one ticket per month... wtf???
most horrible loyalty system in the history of online poker! shame on them !!
