FullTilt keeps disconnecting while my internet is working fine, and it seems lots of other people have had the same problem, while FT still DENIES it is THEIR fault and won't refund anyone.
DEMAND REFUNDS + CHIP EQUITY and if we don't get it then I am DONE with FullTilt and I encourage others the same.
This site is a joke. Even Absolute Poker gave me chip equity refunds, + the buy-in amount + another cash bonus when they Fked up.

Thank you for your email.
We've reviewed tournament 211680630 and found you experienced Internet connection issues while playing.
We understand situations like these are frustrating. However, we have determined our servers were fully operational at the time of your disconnection.
You placed in the money and won a prize of $30.61 + $15.30 in this tournament. As this amount is greater than the tournament's buy-in, we are unable to offer you credit for your disconnection.
If you constantly have connection issues, please let us know and we will assist you with any technical issues.
Thank you for your understanding, and if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Troll, this obviously doesn't affect you otherwise you would be agreeing with me. Keep playing on PokerStars (or keep denying that FT is actually wrong for once).
Though if this is affecting you, keep taking it in the azz from FT support while keeping silent, you will get far. In fact the best way to solve conflicts in life is to never speak out on things you disagree with, and to just keep getting a dick rammed into your anal cavity.
I will post this again so maybe you understand how the internet and servers actually work, because apparently you dont understand that real time and burst transfer are different (Ie websites and real time software)
Servers didn't go down for everyone, and that isn't on them. Every body connects through many many serves before it gets to FT. Your ISP connects through 28 different servers then mine does. Case in point it happened the other night for the second time, and even though I could still use my internet I couldn't access FT. Mind you this needs real time connection not bursts like a web page. But I happen to use my neighbors internet a lot as it is faster then my DSL. Connected to theirs and lo and behold I was back on FT. But I could see alot of people still sat out, not a ton mind you but enough. This is not on FTs end, it is your specific IPS routing that does it.

He knows, because he posted in that thread 10 minutes before he started this one. Apparently we needed a new thread because this one calls for a boycott!!111!!!1!
From my experience Full Tilt always fairly compemsate players when the site goes down due to a Full Tilt problem. You my friend need to upgrade your internet connection
OK boycott is on. Just like when the germans bombed pearl harbor, OPs laggy dsl connection must be avenged. My boycott lasts until tonight at 6pm and then resumes around 3am.
OP when you experience this problem in the future, open up a command prompt (dos window) and type in 'tracert ipaddressofftp'
That will give you ressponse times, dropped packets etc of all the routers that your packets need to pass through to reach FTP. When it shows asterisks (*) that means the packets are not able to get to that particular server/router.
That will show you were the problem is and you can email the info to FTP if the connection problem is with their servers or ISP's routers.
I've never had a problem with FullTilt before until just recently and has happened twice now within a week.
This is simple reasoning: If thousands of people get disconnected at the SAME time and can't reconnect until hours later around the SAME time (look at other forums lots of people are having this problem too), while their internet is fine in every other aspect, then you would deduct this IS FullTilt's fault.
I can't believe people in here try to give me technical aspects to prove otherwise. In your reasoning thousands of people have shtty internet that acts like sht at the same ***** moment then reconnects at the same ***** time...
Thanks for those trying to help, but it seems most people in here either work for FullTilt and still deny it, or must be in a love relationship with them.
