Bovada stealing my money? Bovada stealing my money?

I have residency in both WA and NV. my bovada account is registered to my WA address because NV is a restricted state. in the past, if i try to play while in NV ill get a message saying something like "NV is a restricted state, but if youre traveling you may still log in." I've played a handful of times in NV and never had an issue until about 2 months ago i tried to log in and i got a pop up saying my account had been locked. i contacted support and was told i needed to verify my ID and address and sent over the documents right away to their verification email and within a few days they told me they were accepted. i tried to log into my account but still it was locked. after emailing bovada multiple times a manger finally told me " i need to contact them to discuss my account" i finally found their 1800 number and when i call i get an answering machine saying their phone lines are no longer in service due to covid. just LOL thats still a thing. so i sent them 3 more emails over the past week. one person said i needed to reset my password, i did, and account still locked. the next email told me i needed to contact management. i asked how and no one replied. i sent a 3rd email specifically asking management to contact me, or tell me how i can contact them, still no reply. my account has been frozen over 2 months now and no explination as to why, or how to unlock it. i have 5k ish on there and really unsure what to do. seems pointless to get a lawyer involved over a smallish sum of money, and them not being based in the US. but i really have no clue what to do at this point. has this happened to anyone else? any suggestions?
