Bovada closed my account - with good reason Bovada closed my account - with good reason

They won't give me a reason why, what do I do? I had money in the account too.

****ing scumbags as soon as I start winning again they close it randomly without reason.

Did you email Brovada? Did you get a reply?

Outside of that you have given no info to base any advise on.
09-04-2013 , 03:13 PM
No I called them and they won't give me a reason

Ok, we'll you could try emailing them. You could PM rep in the Bodog thread. Outside of that....not much else we can tell you.

Ok, email them and demand a reason. If you don't like the response, email again. Call and ask to speak with a supervisor.....anything....

But let me give you some good advice. Coming onto 2p2 before you've exhausted all other avenues is a giant waste of your time. No one here can help you, except maybe point you in the, what appears to be, obvious direction.

Did you cheat? You probably cheated. Bovada doesn't go around closing accounts ... unless you're a big cheater.
09-04-2013 , 04:17 PM
As far as im concerned the cash is gone.
09-04-2013 , 04:27 PM
I deposited 20 on Friday and had 228 this morning. I checked my balance and it says my account is disabled. I called, and they didn't give me a reason why, they just said it's disabled.

No, I don't cheat. I would never cheat in this game I wish I could break your face for thinking that.

This is sign of a good poker room right? They randomly close a player's account.

I want my hand history at the very least from the past 4 days because I played some hands really ****ing well and I want to study them
09-04-2013 , 04:51 PM
Def email them for the hand histories, they will take a long time to get the full details for each hand over the phone

That's a hell of a heater and pro bankroll management.

well that is weird and I find it a little disturbing, assuming it is true...like the other poster told you, call and demand to speak to management...somebody should be able to tell you something...if not keep reporting it here...maybe there is a website liaison that can look into it and give you an answer.

Yes it's true. You can't imagine what it feels like to have lost as much money as I have because I was a beginner, to finally have improved to a point where I can beat my opponents, only to have it taken away from me. What am I left with? My ****ty 20k a year job? My ****ing birthday is tomorrow too and all I want to do is jump off a ****ing building

Since April I've gotten 4 people to sign up on bovadas poker room, I've done nothing but promote their site in any way I could possible, and this is what I get in return. I had something to look forward to after work, and now it's gone.

Last friday, I deposited 40 bucks, and lost it. Then the following morning I deposited another 20, and by last night it was up to 228. Yeah, 228 must be chump change for that pro over there making fun of me "bank roll management blah blah" but for me that's a lot, that was an opportunity to me, a number with no bound. 228 isn't a lot of money for all those pros who play all day but it's still money that I won taking risks and it's enraging that it gets taken WITHOUT A REASON.

I mean it's just so raw...I've been playing basically all day every day since saturday it's just so ****ing random that they do this

If you didn't do anything wrong, I'm sure you will be cleared.

You must have triggered some kind of investigation.

I find it hard to believe that they would close the account without contacting you via email. Maybe check your spam filter?

Right so you should take all the anger and frustration out on Bovada support, not all the "pros" on 2p2.

Sir, we can not help someone that won't help themself.

Account was closed/disabled whatever the f you want to call it without any email sent, I've been checking all day, and btw, I checked my balance just fine on their website this morning. An hour or two later I checked it again and the account was disabled. Also, this account has been open for like 6 months, and I've deposited on this account at least a thousand dollars since then.

Forgive my anger, frustration, and language, it's just very painful.

Probably some foul play by OP. Pokersites don't close accounts for no reason, especially for $200.

Call them CRY BABY

You're gonna get punched in the face for saying that....

Honestly, they probably did him a favor - he's definitely exhibiting all the signs of someone with a gambling problem.

Yea...and full tilt was legit as well....don't underestimate what these sites can do. Without a legit reason, I support the OP and everyone should know until Bovada can come up with a reason...
09-04-2013 , 07:03 PM
I think op is full of it. Bodog before it became bovada would always give reasons when closing accounts. It is ludicrous for them to just close the account and not give him a reason because if they did this people wouldn't deposit on the site.

I can't picture the following scenario.

Op finds his account locked. Calls support and says "my account has been closed can you tell me why? Support tells him it is closed and hangs up. Does not compute. Ask to speak to a supervisor op. Someone give him email to bodog becky

Thank you bro holy ****. Everyone SHOULD know. Especially the people who have thousands of dollars in their account. I've been telling people for months that bovada is legit and cares about their players and what have you and its all bull****.

Oh and by the way, I did speak to a supervisor. He was the one who said they couldn't give me a reason.

And if you still think its "foul play" go and spend the time reading my old posts, and you'll see I've fully supported this site for months.
