bug report:

At the end of a session tonight there was a substantial amount of $ missing from the bodog cashier, after closing all the tables.

I figured that the $ displayed on the lobby may have not updated, so I opened an empty table and sat at it - the current available balance matched the one displayed on the lobby, however. This trick usually works to un-bug the lobby cashier.

After going through spotty HEM records(handgrabber not working) and spreadsheet records it was clear that a sizable chunk of $ was missing from the bodog cashier.

Closing bodog and restarting it finally fixed it. I didn't expect this to work b/c the "sit at empty table" trick usual shows the accurate balance.

This is a big one b/c it can be quite a scare to feel like a sizable chunk of $ is just gone with no trace.
For debugging purposes, this happened at the same time as when the lobby would not show HHs properly, displaying the "you are logged in!" screen instead of the HHs.

I was helping a friend get started on UB, the rake there at the microstakes is so preposterously high, it might not even be beatable. Raking like $1.00 from a $5.00 all in pot, stuff like that. No wonder players like him can't do more than break even there.

Other bugs:

-clicking the rebuy button sometimes results in it greying out and no rebuy taking place. This happens semi-frequently and one must wait a few hands to get the button back.

-sometimes clicking on the "join waitlist" button results in nothing happening. The popup just closes and no confirmation box pops up. Perhaps the targetable clicking area on the "join waitlist" button does not match the display shape and size? Also please find a way to display the relevant info (who is at table, "join waitlist button", etc) without having to click on the tiny arrow in the corner. maybe an option to toggle it on or off?

I've had this one before, closing and restarting the client always fixed the cashier balance. This was before the update though, but it's obviously still gonna be a problem post-update (because it doesn't seem like any of the old bugs were fixed with this update).

+1 to anything that makes it easier to see who is at a table. Its pretty annoying having to click that tiny arrow. Please bring back the side bar in the lobby that shows the people and stack sizes at the table.

Did anyone get hand grabber to work? I registered but it still won't grab hands.
I know there once was a problem with AVG so I uninstalled it but still no hands.
Any ideas???

I actually can and do beat it at Bodog, easily, thanks. About 7 bb/100.

THey are, you have to hit the little expand arrow and they show up. Baffled me for a while until i clicked it by accident.

Yeah, maybe but then you could say that about any online player who plays. Other sites have had their problems as well - collusion rings, bots, hackers, etc...all very well documented. So I guess we're all dumb then.

So they reset my registrations, i registered. Im now registered.

However, no hands are being saved by hand grabber, am i the only one?

my hand grabber stopped working all of a sudden a few hours ago.

it was working fine up until then....then all of a sudden...it says "trial expired"

i tried entering my serial again...but it doesn't work anymore...

PJ94z I had the same problem, emailed idleminer supprt and they reset my account so I could use it again so I reccomend doing that first.

However, even though Idleminer is now sorted the Bodog client appears to not exporting any HH's to my hard drive so Idleminer isn't picking up any.

Can anyone else confirm this?

yeah, not saving any hands for me. This might be due to bodog updating again?

Working fine for me. Did you download the new version of HandGrabber from idleminer's site?

I do notice sometimes if I start the Handgrabber before the Bodog SW is open, it wont grab hands.. tho it doesnt happen every time, restarting the HandGrabber after the Bodog SW is open seems to resolve the issue.

Had the reload for $Xm bug happen yesterday when I was trying to top off for $50 on a 1/2 FR table. Since it wouldn't let me, I decided to end that session. If it had not happened, I likely would've continued playing and paid more rake.

Also, I wasn't sure what the big deal was with regard to not being able to close the account balance window ("Why would it ever be off screen?"), then I realized that I put the lobby to the far right when I four-table. Had to force-close/restart and lost an opponent that I was playing HU in the process.

All of that said, at least the hand histories are working again.

They usually email back within around 24 hours.

it auto updated. version 1.16

Iv tried restarting everything, no luck. It is simply not grabbing any hands.

This is the same on both the laptop and desktop

My HandGrabber also isn't picking up any hands.

I've emailed, they've written back asking for firewall/antivirus details.

Still feeling positive they'll fix it.
