No, this site is getting to be more and more of a joke everyday. I am seriously considering pulling my whole roll off, never to return.

apjustin the table with action not popping to the front is the worst bug in the long list ofparently ptr bought out idleminer. and the table with action not popping to the front is hands down the worst bug ever by a longshot. this needs to be fixed asap. i think i timed out 20 times last night.

You are not alone. I had stopped playing for a little over a year, then came back & made a small deposit to try it out. NOw this. YOu know it's been over a year since Odman & Selig promised all these changes & how it was supposed to be better. Yet, it's been a dismal failure regardless of what Bodog claims. Heck, even Merge has more traffic. I'm not even going to mention FT or PS, or even Cereus which has had their problems. All these sites, allow HUD's/tracking software, & offer rakeback or some sort of rewards program. Supposedly according to their philosophy or logic or whatever you want to call it the other sites should have no players because the regulars are scaring them away, well they are ALL doing better than Bodog & in the meantime Bodog has SHRUNK with their philosophy to keep "recreational" players. How long before they admit they are/were wrong? Seriously this update has some major freaking problems. I can't even see part of my freaking screen at times. Is it going to be yet another year before they realize they are wrong?

Justin you havent addressed the Hand history issue yet. please tell me if this is being fixed or if importing hand histories is no longer going to be an option so i can get around to finding a new site

Atleast tell us whats going on with this and stop intentionally avoiding it

I'd like to see it back, they should add an option to disable it for people who don't want to use it.

It was in the first two posts I made in this thread. Either way they are working on it right now, trying to fix the issue as soon as humanly possible.

The table popping to the front is on the first list of issues that are being worked on along with the HH problems and a few others. These will be fixed asap in a patch release.

will you ask them why they haven't fired their IT QA people? OK, there are bugs in any new software release, but they seem to have more of them and take longer to fix them than any of the US facing sites. It's ridiculous.

THey need to realize that, as far as poker goes, they are in fact, a SOFTWARE company. no software means no product, means no rake.

Also, and I have verbally told them this already over the course of several phone calls the last couple days, their CS function which used to be great has gone far down hill. The call center folks in the Phillippines are woefully under-trained. (They wasted 2 hours of my life telling me things I already knew today and yesterday.)

It wasn't until I insisted on getting a call from canada that I got someone with a clue.

The great shame of it all is clearly everyone in this thread, pissed off as they are, doesn't want to play elsewhere... or they wouldn't waste their time or anger.

Too bad that the higher-ups don't realize the colossal amount of room loyalty that built up over time. Imagine what they could do if they (Bodog) actually gave a **** about it.

Anyone else have this experience with hand histories where it shows but the screen keeps blinking and you can only click on the screen when it is lighted? lol crazy man.

for me it was the same thing flash- flood. i opened a new e- mail for signing up on bodog, and sice then i get about 4- 5 spam e- mails from online- casinos which refer to me with my first name. i even got postal mails to my home, but i am not 100 % that this is caused by bodog.
typical spam e- mails come from philippe bustos, stefanie bustos and similar names. sometimes the e- mails are in english, sometimes they are in my native language german. not ok to sell customers like that.

and +1 for bringing the 2- 3 tables back
filter the lobby to HU, 6- max, Full- ring
and for the lols ( bring back the reload bonus, give me my 32% rakeback as my deal says, and lower the rake to old standards)

Im just baffled at the horrible horrible changes bodog makes on a regular basis. At first I thought the update was nice, it looks good, but then auto pop up doesnt work, stats from hem dont work, and i cant even see the last hand or open the cashier cuz its blinking. What kind of imbeciles run this site??

I am a regular who plays 5,000-7,000 hands a weeks anywhere from 0.25-.50 up to 2-4....I, for one have not played more than a few hands since this horrible update and I have moved on to another site where I will continue to play until things are fixed.
The new lobby is horrible and there is no way to filter out the (insignificant and messy HU tables with 1 person sitting at them.)
Also, there is now no support for HEM and even if and when idleminer updates, I doubt I will be returning any time soon.
The rakeback and rewards system are absolutely horrible and I see now why Bodog's share is drying up and games are getting worse on the site.
Amazingly, there is a very loyal base that still plays despite all of the issues stated in these forums. I could imagine that, with a little work, Bodog could be a much bigger player in the market but they have to start listening to the players that provide all of the business and rake. This update has pushed me over the edge personally and I don't even want to try and deal with the uninformed and frustrating CS dept. Thank you for your time and passing on my sentiments.

+1 on the filters to clear up the HU tables nuisance that FR and 6-max players are having.

2/3 tables had quite good traffic compared to 2/4 which is near to dead 6max and hu so why the hell taking the 2/3 tables away???

2p2 IS Bodog's QA. A cheap outsource that can be listened to when they want but ignored and abused more often than not.....lol

all you HEM guys freaking out just switch to PT already. They'll have a handgrab fix out next week most likely

I think at this point that's among the least of the problems. I'd like to be able to see 100% of the lobby at all times, not just part of it, or when I drag my mouse over it. Ain't playing there till things get fixed up. Good grief what a mess. I almost feel sorry for Calvin seeing how Selig & Odman are running his site into the ground with this foolishness.
