wow... no more 2/3 games?

WTF is wrong with you bodog? Why mess with a good thing?

What was the root cause that brought about this update?

I can't think of any benefit you can gain as a company... just pisses off the masses of players who were playing these tables before.

yeah that is a huge mistake for sure

i try to not be too harsh bc the ppl at bodog really are trying to improve the site for everyone but this update was a pretty big disaster hopefully they can patch things up quickly

Direct bank transfer cashouts are still coming quickly. Requested one Wednesday the 19th at 11pm, received it today, very nice.

Actually cashouts are the only thing Bodog does reasonably well, though I hate that they charge us for them.

Everything else on the site is a f-ing trainwreck, and this update just makes things sooo much worse.

How you can release a major software update without testing hand histories is beyond me.

hand histories and having to click the triangle in order to see who is playing on the tables sucks imo. good start but needs some work. thanks.

The last hand button doesn't work for me either.

Filters are OK but I do prefer the old lobby.

jusin please suggest a better rewards system. It is the main reason i don't consider playing there.

the new Filters are useless.
they should make filters to differentiate between &max, fullring and HU. now the tables are not even sorted. it is like 5 hu table with one player sitting, one 6 max table with people, then again 10 HU tables before you find a second 6 max table.
so annoying. new lobby looks like advertising for one of the shady casino sites which are spamming my e- mail adress since i signed on bodog.

Can't think of a reason to play here-
1. Horrible software
2. no rakeback
3. Live support/customer service is a joke
4. 5% charge on CC deposits
5. poor structured tournaments
6. no P2P
7. no sync breaks

This is my last email correspondence with Bodog. A summary of my dealings with CS. First they send me automated email stating a 5% charge would be applied to CC deposits.Then we exchange these emails.

Me- I regret to hear that, I'm sorry to say that if my balance I have now runs out I won't be reloading(can't justify it). That is unless the traffic/guarantees increase. I'm very sorry to hear the bad news,Bodog.

Thats really not necessary. I deposit by credit card everywhere I play for free and because its very convenient for me. Now when I look at this list of complaints,it has me thinking why go out of my way to play here when I don't have to deal with these issues at other sites.
1. Poor software quality(very buggy)
2. No sync breaks
3. Low guarantees/ Poor schedule
4. My experience with live chat has been horrible.When asking basic questions about poker,the agent has rarely(if ever) been able to answer my question without a major hassle.One example- I had a basic question about the 100k sattelite schedule. It took 45 min to get an answer, 2 different agents and both telling me different things. The first person was rude and very unhelpful

Please bring back the auto pop-up/bring-to-front of the table that requires action. Too much clicking and wasting time, very annoying to play without it.

The new look is fine whatever... can the 2/3 tables be brought back? As stated previously, that was something Bodog stood out from other sites. Also, plus one on filtering out the heads up tables geeeeez

Justin--if you are not going to bring back the popular 300nl tables in spite of what looks like overwhelming evidence that players liked it, can you at least explain why? I mean we have weathered so many storms from you guys can you at least pretend to be listening?

I will ask again about it. Essentially it was causing a spawning issue but I will ask about it beginning of the week.

You need to give it some time, I just started this thread a day ago. Planning on talking with them again Monday. I don't believe it was a permanent removal as it was caused by the spawning issues in 2/4, but I'll ask and find out if that assumption is right or wrong.

FINALLY some validation.

This is exactly what happened to me.

I started up a fresh e-mail on Yahoo just for Bodog. I used it nowhere else.

I started getting spam that KNEW MY NAME.

Obviously came from Bodog, yet Justin denied it, and other users were doubting me.

The inclusion of the filters now makes it easier down the road to build more into it. First thing is first though and thats ironing out some of the issues people are having now.

I told you at the time what I knew. I was assured that Bodog will never and has never sold or given away any customer's information. There is a myriad of ways that something like this could happen as well.

One major issue I am having is with the watilist. If I join a waitlist, I get notified as usual when there is an open seat. I check the apporopriate boxes, press OK, and then nothing happens, where before the update it would open the table and sit me down. Then, if I open the table manually, someone else (presumably whoever was on the waitlist after me) sits down. This is very frustrating.

Also, I have to complain, as some others have, that when you single-click on a table, you do not get to see who is sitting at the table. This feature seems standard across online poker sites, and I can not figure out why this would be changed.

The client does not show my balance. I have to click on an open seat to see what my balance is. Also pretty frustrating.

I see no significant improvements to the bodog experience, and multiple pains in the ass. So overall, I would rate the update as somewhere between bad and awful.
