read the payout thread, have you contacted them about it? In the past there have been issues w/ people not receiving the control # but the payout was already processed.

Hey guys,

First, the network wants to apologize for any issues and disruptions that people ran in to today. The issue stems from two operators having issues with their websites, and some players on these operators were having connection issues. Because of these issues, tournaments were stopped. Tournaments are expected to resume reasonably shortly, but I don't have an exact timeline at this moment.

Again, the network apologizes, and things should be back to normal soon.

Specifically, I am able to log in to the poker client as well as the casino client, but have no access to the cashier nor bovada.lv. Hope it gets remedied soon.

FYI I started getting the pop up notifications that they just started doing for the guaranteed scheduled tournaments, but I had to close and re-open the client to actually see them in the lobby.

Just a reminder for you tournament players.. these tournament changes are going in to place tonight/tomorrow:

-The Sun-Thurs $82 $8,000 turbo at 23:00 will become a $9,000 guarantee.

Additionally, the network will be adding the following 4 tournaments:

-A daily $1.10 nlhe at 04:50 and 10:50.
-A daily $2.20 nlhe super knockout at 11:50.
-And a daily $5.50 $2,000 guarantee Action Hour at 19:25.

All told, an increase of over $60,000 on these tournaments, plus a new tournament with $14,000 guaranteed weekly.. for a total addition of nearly $75,000 weekly!

Just try the credit card again, or use a different card. Sometimes they go through, sometimes they don't. Try smaller amounts also. I have had my card declined, then work 30 minutes later.
