Thanks I got mine. I was just worried because I ended up getting $10 from somewhere and thought they paid me the wrong amount. It must be a comp for something. Never tells me from where though........

Hey guys,

Just a quick note about the King of the Felt... as you have probably heard by now, the promotion is ending at the end of the year. As far as tickets you have left, they should have a short life span to them (you can check your expiration date by clicking tournament tickets in the lobby). They will continue to run the freerolls in to January, and they will finish when all tickets that have been earned have expired (which should be early January).

Keep an eye out in the new year for new promotions

Have a Happy New Year!

Ice

I'd like to see this also. Even if it's just to say we have no plans to fix it right now, at least it would tell us something.

Well I would hope that wouldn't be the answer, since Ice told us a number of times that the fixes were coming "soon". I imagine that's why he's ignoring this.

Certainly that isn't the answer. I am ignoring it in that there is no new news to give at this time... I am certainly not ignoring because I hope it goes away. However, neither idea of ignoring is fair.. so no, at this time there is no news to report on the items that need fixing. They are things that I hope to see fixed soon, but I have no timeline to report.

Ok, I looked into it further and these will be the last of the freerolls. All unused tickets will simply expire.

Disappointed. They should be worth something since it was advertised that we were earning freerolls by playing. Should at least be worth a $1 SNG or credit toward a different promotion. Otherwise, false advertising IMO. Why should we trust future promotions?

Well, Bovada ran a promotion where you qualified for freerolls, then canceled the promo and decided to let the tourney tickets expire.

Just saying.

In the terms and rules for the promo, does it say something like "Bovada reserves the right to cancel this promo at any time"?

Can you still use a HUD albeit only for session stats? I checked the HEM and PT web sites and could not find Bodog listed, although it use to be PT compatable.

I'm sorry it isn't the answer you were looking for. You asked for it not to be ignored, so I gave you what I know. Things are being worked on but I don't have any time frame.

Not sure what you expect. Ice is a support rep, not Bovada CEO or a software engineer. Don't shoot the messenger.

Well, that and if they haven't fixed the bugs in a year's time yet released this new flaming cards nonsense, it's basically a pretty big middle finger to their customers saying they have no plans whatsoever to fix the bugs. As with everything else they've done, you can deal with it or play elsewhere.
