Please could you try to find out something about the cashouts for U.K. players. As we can no longer run the client or get to our account information, our only contact seems to be via email to payouts@ or service@bodog.co.uk. They respond quickly but it's beginning to feel a lot like Full Tilt. I requested a wire transfer 24 days ago. I was given the usual excuses and then today they claimed my bank details were wrong and the withdrawal was canceled (even though an early email from service@ claimed that the bank information had been verified and the payout was going through). Another thread here seems to be documenting similar stories of people waiting over 20 days with no resolution.

Yes, you can use them for tourney tickets. Go to Account, then Points to Tickets. You can convert them for different denominations, and they are good for MTTs and SNGs. You don't have to convert them all at once - just do it before you want to play a tourney.

I know nothing about TLC88 outside of what the press release has stated.

I'm a long-time customer and my bank has just now decided to withdraw a check that cleared a few weeks ago. They're effectively rejecting the check and sending it back. I think I know the reason and it's related to a recent switch on Bovada's part.

the bug that unchecks auto post when having to rebuy should be fixed. (should also be able to click 'wait for BB' right when you sit down)

should also be an auto-rebuy option, at the very least fix the bug that it does not add on to your chips if you win the current hand.

it seems as though whenever you get disconnected, for even a minute, you are booted from all tables - this is pretty bad.

A couple things that have been asked about and something new that you guys might like:

Tournament Deals: As was mentioned before, this is not currently an option. It is a suggestion I passed along however. It's not something that you should expect to see anytime soon, but they do like the idea.

There has been talk about wishing that there was another option for points. At this time, the network is not interested in adding another option. However, you are welcome to hit up myself and support if you have any ideas about more options.

And finally, the network has added some new tournaments. These will start next Saturday, November 17th. All games are nlhe.

Is it acceptable to tell a friend you are seat 3 at table xxxx or is that against policy?

is it possible for anyone to talk about the specific types of visa gift cards (international and online specific) that are allowed on the bovada network? Until recently, I used "gift2go" from Walgreens, but they recently changed to USA only and the deposits aren't going through. Nobody has been able to help me with regards to WHERE and WHICH BRAND of prepaid Visa gift card I can use to successfully deposit into bovada. If anyone has any tips, please let me know. Thank you. Yep, np. It's been awhile since we've gone over these so my mind is kind of blanking on them.. let me know if I'm missing something from this list:

- Auto post unchecking itself
- top up bug where you can't add any chips if you've won the pot after clicking the add chips button
- getting immediately booted from tables if disconnected
- pre-action buttons not always working (if this is happening, please send me hh numbers, player number, what happened)

What is deposit/cashout options at bodog.ca?

I had a bug today in a sit and go. Blinds were 25/50 and utg moved in for 45 more chips. Btn called and I was unable to raise in the BB. It's understandable to have the raise option disabled if I call a raise, get pushed on, then the original raiser called, but how can it be disabled before I get to take any action in a hand where I have 30bb effective stacks with another player?

I don't really mind the various glitches in the software that inhibit smooth user interfacing, but I do take issue with bugs that alter the rules of poker.

This has been reported before. If you want to play 20 rounds of chase your tail, feel free to email/call support. Otherwise just deal with it as they don't see it as an issue and will likely never fix it.

lol I'm not going to spend my time on that just because it's a situation that only comes up 1 in 500 games, but it's a clear issue and should definitely be fixed. It's obviously just due to a programming shortcut, just like half of the other glitches with the software. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to deal with it.
