That's weird I haven't seen or had that problem what time of night did it happen? Because I usually start playing from 10:00pm to 5-6:00 am est. So maybe it's to many people on the network at once maybe?

would really like to see synchronized break even tho that's not the model bodog is going with, it's just such an industry standard nowadays that i hope bodog would reconsider down the line.

There should be a "action alert only" sound option. I want to be alerted when it's my turn but don't want to hear chip/card noises. This was always an option until it was eliminated with the Bodog-to-Bovada update.

I also desperately want the table to pop up when it's my turn to act. Combine this non-feature with the fact you get one alert sound when it's your turn to act, and it's down right ridiculous. Please fix this!!

I honestly believe some of the features in the new sw are by design to make multi-tabling more difficult. I may be way off base but it would fall in line with the founder's vision of online poker.

I mean all the timing, sound, no preferred seat and sometimes-working pre action buttons which were not present before new sw, it seems very plausible to me that these issues are present for a reason.

Synchronized break is honestly really a big deal to be missing. I hate that I've gotta miss hands if I *need* to go throw together a sandwich or something :\

Hey Ice

I cannot seem to make exact raise amounts in a tournament. For example if the BB is 100, I cannot raise to 250. I can only use the slider which gives amounts like 261 or 245 or whatever.There is a blinking number of a two time raise, but I cannot change that with a mouse.
Any suggestions ?

Known issues

A couple problems I have encountered, already forwarded to support, but thought I would post here as well.

1) Default Buyin Preference
When going to Preferences --> Default Buyin Preference and activating default buy-in for ring games, this feature does not work. Even after changing it in this screen, default buy-in does not work when joining tables, and always just goes to the default 30 big blinds.

2) Order of tables in lobby
Lobby is very cluttered. 6 handed and 9 handed tables intertwine with each other. As in old software, they were separated in that heads up, 6 handed, and 9 handed tables would all be grouped together. Looking at doing this would really unclutter the lobby.

3) Sit out next big blind button
Sit out next big blind button does not work, and cannot be clicked on.

4) Auto clicking fold button
When clicking check/fold button or fold button to automatically fold, this feature does not always work. If someone else raises it forces you to click the fold button again.

5) Buying more chips at table
Although improved, there is still a problem when u buy chips before the next hand starts, yet the action seems to lag, and at times, will not complete for the next couple hands. Also if you buy chips, win, the message comes up that you can't buy more than table maximum. Would be nice if some simple programming command could be entered into software where if re-buy "x" is more than table maximum "y", then it would just reload you up to "y": the table maximum.

If not fixed, in meantime would be nice to have an option "not to show this message" available so we wouldn't have to see the pop-up that 'your amount is over maximum' or 'chips will be available at the start of the next hand.'

6) Chat
Chat box keeps deleting text whenever there is action on another table

7) Auto-post blinds being unclicked by software
At random times, the auto-post blinds goes from being checked to unchecked, without any action of the user actually doing anything. This can be very annoying, as not paying complete attention, failing to click on the manual post blind button within the 5 seconds, will then have you sitting out.

8) Shaded cards still appearing when folded
At times, even after a player has folded, the backs of their cards will still appear over their stack size box. This continues indefintely into the future until they leave the table. It is usally dimmer than other hands in play, but for that player whether they are in the hand or not, the cards appear as the same dim version.

9) New hand history not showing table names
I love the new hand history feature, yet when you indicate a time period, and takes you to the results screen, all table names are listed as (for example 1/2NL 6 max) $1/$2 NL - 6P. I really like how when you click one hand history number it will only show you hands from that table, however, trying to find hands from different tables is a tedious trial and error process where you have to keep clicking on random tables down then list, and if failing, going back to the main search page and repeating.

Listing the actual table name under the heading "Table Name" I'm sure was the intent, so would be nice to have this fixed.

10) Lag
It's not horrible, but still a pretty significant issue at times. This is often while checking internet connectivity and it has been shown to be functioning fine, so it is an issue on Bodog's part. Sometimes, one table will be paused for maybe up to 15 seconds while your other 3 tables are functioning fine. Sometimes, all 4 tables will result in lag.

11) Post and wait for big blind when entering table
Would be nice to have an option to post big blind when big blind comes around. As of now, you have to wait for an opportunity to join game outside BTN or SB, click wait for BB in the options, and then click auto-post for you to wait until BB to post.

Gave the software another "chance" tonight. Played two $5.50 6 max SNG's.

I flop a flush with AKs and slow play it. On the river I'm in position against one opponent and I make my bet which will make the opponent go allin. I click that bet button after I size the bet - 15 seconds pass by and nothing happens; my time clock is going down until it hits 10 seconds; then the bet is made.

I was about to freak the frak out.

I've had enough of Bovada, so I cashed out my money.

I don't think you guys know what you're doing. It's OK. Have a good life.

This happens all the time. Yes, it is very crappy BUT at least if you click a button it will always do that action even if it does time out. I have had times during this recent Contender series when there are a ton of people on that I will click my bet within seconds and it will time all the way out and wait a few seconds but it doesn't just discard your action just delays it from happening.

Not that it is a valid defense on their part

I also have to constantly re-size my windows every time I open up a table.... This is very annoying. So table size window memory would be very helpful to me.

Neat bug that I'm experiencing now. I can choose a color for notes for people but can't type anything into the box. All I really use notes for is to tag someone if they do anything odd so I can keep track if they leave the table and are replaced, but still. I understand notes are new to poker clients so it's understandable that it's a hard feature to implement. I won't hold my breath tough because I know they've been busy for months now with the awe inspiring task of changing a bunch of wav files to fix the sounds.

All they have said is WU has to be your PRIMARY deposit method to cashout via WU. Not sure what that means but I would guess you at least need more WU deposits than credit card deposits.
