He can't help you, call support. If you send the documents they want you shouldn't have any issues. They don't have anyone on the forums that deal with this sort of thing.

Heads up for Bovada players....collusion is happening...I have been playing on site since Bodog days & this is the first time this has happened to me as I recall:

I'm actually very glad to see that, it means they do monitor it.... I've reported a few instances of obvious collusion and never got a refund.

i'm just curious why I wasn't given more than 1 tourney refund back... i played a ton of these...surely there was more than 1 where these guys played with me

I think it'd be cool to have phase tournaments like PokerStars does. Phase 1 could run Mon-Sat once or twice a day and after so many levels (Stars does 5K 10 min blinds and ends phase 1 at level 15) play is stopped and anyone with chips goes to day 2 on Sunday.

It'd be awesome to do a micro $11 $25K or $30K GTD, a mid level $44 with a $75K GTD, and a high $109 with a $150K GTD. (Guarantees I listed may be a little ambitious, but you get the idea)

I know I know, you guys like it for what you are doing, I liked it the old way for what I want to do. Different strokes. So I would at least like an option to revert the behavior. Is the $20 + $2 - $100K Last Chance Qualifier (Hyper Turbo) a permanent drop from the schedule? I play it most weeks, and it's not around this week. It was usually at 15:46 eastern time, IIRC.

Can't really rely on my skin's (Bovada's) posted schedule, as it hasn't been remotely accurate in several months, at least (it lists 5 of these every Sunday, and there hasn't been more than 1 for quite a while).

Another bug that has been mentioned: when you mash your mouse buttons the client is brought down. Relaunching the client allows you back onto one table and you are kicked off all the others.

Current workaround: avoid mashing buttons

same glitch from the last big update in may? where if i try to change my seat and focus shifts from that table and it doesnt complete the action of changing my seat the client crashes.

Does anyone else's sound not work using a Mac? I tried uninstalling the software, changing sound settings, and still no success?

Just 2 ideas I've had floating in my head.. curious what people think:

- PLO mtts with antes (perhaps antes that smaller than you'd see in nl mtts?). Would this create too much variance or could it be fun to play (or both )

- A satellite that pays out a Sunday package.. something like a $22 satty that pays a ticket to the $215 40k, the $162 100k, and the $60 35k.

Which client? Does it always happen.. or are there specific parameters (like, only when I have 4 tables up.. or only when I have Zone up). I just loaded up a table and spent a few minutes mashing my mouse and it didn't crash, so I'm just trying to be able to duplicate.

Can we get something similar to the thousandaire maker either on a nightly or weekly basis? (It ran in the last series)
