It's site wide lag, not hand/table specific. All the tables lag at the same time and come out of it at the same time. It's a weird type of lag because nobody ever times out, which leads me to believe the CPU's on the servers are behind and just like queuing up the actions and processing them slowly heh.

Yep my thoughts exactly.

Just got off the phone with CS. To withdraw your balance, which must happen by April 30th, you need to have it sent via check to an address outside of WA state, made out to somebody else besides yourself. So if you don't have friends/family out of state, you've got a problem

that sucks, did you ask about getting your address changed to outside WA?

They said all accounts are closed and must be cleared out by the 30th and then you can get it reinstated once you can prove your new address. They didn't say exactly what would be required proof.

Required proof is usually Faxing them a copy of your photo ID and a Utility Bill with your name and same address as your Photo ID.

ICE--

Regarding the changes to the tables popping to the front.

Yes, if it's your turn to act and you have a website popped up, it'll come to the front of that, but I think the bigger issue is, that if you're thinking about acting on one table...other tables pop up in front of the one you're trying to act on. Can we get a request in for the first table to act to remain as the one on top of all the others in the order that they come up?

Just to see what happens here, can you look at hand 2597919010?

This is the one mentioned on the previous page, where I flopped the nuts, called a bet, "disconnected", got my backup internet running within 20 seconds, and nothing happened. 15 minutes later it was still saying I was disconnected while I was posting on 2p2 about it...

I'll pass that along.

I sent one batch of hand numbers this morning.. I'll include this when I send the next batch.

A quick addition to sending me hh numbers.. please also send along what player number you were and where in the hand you saw the lag (pre-deal, preflop etc). The more info the better.

There's the problem!

I actually haven't gotten disconnected in a long time. One day I was playing our friend joeyrulesall HU4rollz and both of us got disconnected. He was able to get back on (albeit on a different table), but it was a good 45 mins before it let me log back in.

Please help me. Am I correct with the information that HI enables you HUD and anonymous tables are only doing notetaking worthless and making it hard to review my game.
Thanks
Best regards
Mike

All of the hand histories that I've requested since 4/7 are stuck at "Download Requested". Is this the same for everyone else? Before that they seemed to DL fine although not instantly after being requested.
04-13-2012 , 12:52 PM
It's the same for me.
04-13-2012 , 02:38 PM
haven't had any problems downloading HHs...they take maybe 5-10mins max to show up
04-13-2012 , 09:19 PM
Please fix the lag

tell them to observe their tables...they'll see the lag since it's network wide
04-14-2012 , 02:26 PM
Exactly, it is definitely network wide. A couple times I had some friends playing at different tables, and they experienced period of lag at similar times as me.
04-14-2012 , 06:48 PM
ITs the whole network.
Lags allday long and every time i play!
Really annoying 4tabling with lags of 20seconds
04-14-2012 , 07:00 PM
Do notes on players carry over to other sessions?

The lag is not from specific hands. There is a separate issue with getting disconnected from one table while not the others and for that, sending hand histories would help. But for the lag most people are whining about, it has nothing to do with specific hands and if you played for an hour or 2 I guarantee you'd know what we're talking about. It may be rocket science to fix, but it should be easy to comprehend.

They do not. Once the players leaves the tables, the notes are erased.

I understand the frustration. All I can do is ask for information.. if you disconnect, send me what time and what you were doing. If you lag.. give me as much info about it as you can. There really isn't any more I can do outside of asking for this info and passing it along.

Like I've said before, I'm playing on the site pretty much every day and have experienced a small bit of this lag.. so I am noting the info and passing it along.
