Same problem here, as reported a couple months ago. It's a Mavericks thing I guess. I couldn't figure it out further despite lots of research. I gave up, and am using the Windows client instead.

Zone is super sketchy right now. I sat out and left the Zone tables and it took 7 minutes for the money on 2 of the 4 tables to get back to my account balance. Was it just stuck in Zone limbo that long? If I don't pay attention to what my balance should be, could it forever stay in limbo without me noticing?

And how can you quick fold in the BB in an unopened pot? If you get a walk where does that money go?

I'm loving that more stakes are opening up, and it's nice to play ~1k hands/hr when you don't have much time to play/enjoy poker, but the software just seems bad. I also have a bunch of quick fold clicks that never register. I have to click more than once very often.

Also, why do you only show "50+" instead of the actual amount of players?

how come when i play any MTT the prizepool never updates, until i close the software and reopen it.. its super annoying

The annoying thing about the mobile Zone...why in the world is there not an option to turn off 'show cards' when you bet and take it down? It doesn't take too terribly long, but it's pointless in that environment since there's no one to see.

No it hasn't. At least not in the last 5 months. Someone mentioned bets getting stuck in limbo but it was never answered. Nothing else was even mentioned.

Not a riggie, just annoyed at bad software and wary of unethical business practices.

I would recommend emailing support to see if they have any steps to walk you through. I do know that Mac client fixes are very high on the network's priority list.

Not sure at all, sorry. I would recommend contacting support, as they usually have a few options for you to try.

Every thing worked fine, I could even get on the site but once the tourney lobby pops up and I clicked take my seat the table would show but no players or anything then it would freeze after a min or so. If you could check how many times I logged in today that was me trying to get back on to go through the same thing over and over, I could get on the site/table with no players for less than a min before it froze. You will be able to see I prolly did that over 30 to 50 times.


I ask that you please make this right has this easily cost me a couple hundred at the least. I love this site I never complain about it but this was unacceptable tonight has it cost me hundreds of dollars. Thank you for looking into this and please make this right has it was just wrong tonight, Thanks

Sorry to hear you had some issues. I would recommend contacting support, as it would be up to the operator to look into the issue and how to proceed.

It can take the lobby a minute to update. As others have mentioned before, in pretty much all cases.. leaving a tournament lobby open for 30 seconds to a minute for a lobby to update. Keeping it minimized after it updates will ensure that it keeps updating as the tournament progresses.

I did pass the idea along, but beyond that it is extremely rare for me to know what changes the network plans to make until very shortly before or after they make the changes.. so I'm uncertain on whether or not they will make the change.

I played around with Zone a bit just now to see how this works. It seems like you're still "at a table" until you are removed (similar to when you sit out at a regular table and get kicked off for sitting out too long). The money does get returned to your account. I did find that one way to speed up the return is to simply start the process of opening another Zone table. I tried it several times.. I would sit/leave the table and then double click on the same lobby. After clicking cancel to close the buyin popup, the money would be right back in the cashier.

I will pass along your concern about the amount of time it takes before money is returned.

If you quick fold from the big blind and get walked, the money is added to your stack. If someone limps (or the small blind completes), then your hand is checked down. If your opponent bets, then you are folded. If your opponent checks down to showdown.. then it is normal best 5 card hand wins the pot.

The Zone poker thing is pretty annoying. It took over 10 minutes for my money to return the other day. I also had the issue of topping off my stack and the money never showing up, but leaving my cashier. It eventually got returned, but that's not really the point. I don't keep track of my cashier balance when I play for the most part so I would have no idea most of the time if it just never came back.

What I don't get from your explanation is how can you be at a table for 10 minutes in a Zone game? No hand takes that long to finish.

i am a new player on bovada and ive heard that you can see the cards of the other players 24hrs after the hand is played. Is it true!? if yes what do i need to do?!

(this is my speculation based on playing around and replicating tzwien's post) It isn't about a hand playing.. it's when you sit out, the amount of time it takes to be removed from the table (the same as if you clicked sitout but didn't close the table). I made sure to let them know about the long time length being an issue.

Yes, this is true. After 24 hours, from the lobby you go to Account > Hand History > Game Transactions. From there, you will be able to either look at hand histories through the client.. or download the hand histories to your computer.. and all hands will be shown. Hand histories are available to view in the client for 31 days and are available for download for 7 days.

Some big tournament action today on the Bodog Poker Network!

Today they are offering double tournament action on many of your favorite tournaments! Many of the tournaments that run, will run at their normal time and then again 2 minutes later. This will add $139,000 to today's guarantee schedule!

Never needed to post here and never had a problem with software...

Until i just boughtin at 4 tables, clicked to tile them which has always fit them to my screen, and they are all too big. Any help?

the new bet functions are really messing me up and don't seem to be implemented well. it seems now that two fast clicks on the + increase the raise by 2 more bb on the second click (3 bb total). maybe it will just take some getting used to but initial thoughts are it's bad.

Yeah this is annoying...I was wondering why bets seemed higher today there is no 2x unless you click it back or enter is yourself. Get those tournaments over faster right?

I really don't understand this thinking. Not having them isn't stopping people from mass tabling MTTs, they just miss a few hands, piss in a bottle, or bring the lap top with them. Also, recs play more than 1 table too. That may keep the 40 tabling people from coming, but a huge % of the people you guys seem to think it keeps away already play here, pain in the ass or not.

It's not like people gain some huge edge in MTTs by mass tabling anyway.... it's the opposite and variance is so high it doesn't really make much of a difference if they are there or not.
