"I want you to know that I folded some winning hands to give you chips"

That is not collusion if it was not pre-arranged and I doubt it was if he is having to tell the guy. Collusion takes two or more players. Anyone colluding would not announce it in open chat right after you were eliminated.

There are often times I would prefer one player over another to have more chips. I just want that third guy eliminated and will take my chances with the stack sizes when we get HU. I have often folded hands most would not when I felt it advantageous.

Sorry man, you just got beat, plain and simple.

Tried to make a deposit using MG. They did not receive the exchange in USD's and customer service said they would not accept anything but USD's. They said either to go back to MG and ask them to change it to USD or call MG but I feel like doing any of those options would be sketchy.

Your support ignores my initial email for two weeks, finally replies after repeated emails saying they'll "look into it," but never does anything? When I ask for updates they tell me they won't share the results due to confidentiality. Is that a joke? Everyone is anonymous! Who's confidentiality are they protecting??? It's an obvious ploy to sweep collusion under the rug because I suppose rake is all they care about.

They also claim they "can't send me my hand histories" from the final table (total BS, someone could if they really wanted to, but they'd rather sweep this under the rug) because it is longer than 7 days since the incident. Well maybe if they replied to my first email about it instead of ignoring me for 2 weeks I could have known that rule in time. I am so livid, disgusted, and really disappointed with Bovada... I thought you guys were the best and introduced lots of friends to your network. Now unfortunately I have no choice but to steer everyone away. I won't watch my friends get cheated on a site with no protection that sweeps collusion reports under the rug and ignores the best interests of their customers.

Even if you cant get the HH and they can it is pretty blatent. I honestly see this **** go on all the time, its like they think you have totally disappeared as soon as you bust. And arent gonna read the chat seconds later. More times than I can count on one hand I have seen a comment like this in Triple Ups and a few at a MTT FT. sometimes i think its not even on purpose and it will be two stupid anoymous #'s that have become best friends over the course of a SNG

No go back to where you got the MG. Just tell them you made a mistake and you needed to send in USD. That is all nothing more. Not that big of a deal. Happened to me a few times.

I would suggest looking up the meaning of 'collusion'.

Let me take a wild stab and guess that you were being a douche, and the big stack decided to try and knock you out while keeping the shorty alive.

You only have one person to blame and it is not Bodog.

As far as I know Pokerstars and other sites do this because it's illegal to name suspected cheaters and would open them up to some type of liability. Everyone on Bovada is anonymous, so what's their reason for not sharing results?

I had heard you could request hand histories from them, but never anything about the deadline. I assumed Bovada would handle it and if not that I could always go back and double check myself. If I had known about the 7 day window obviously I would have gotten them the next day. Instead I was busy with RL while waiting for them to reply which they never did...

Fair enough, I guess I used the wrong word because I don't think the 3rd player necessarily did anything wrong. I didn't tell the full story in this thread though. Earlier in the tournament the chip dumper in question said he had deal to get 1st and 2nd with the chip dumpee. I assumed it was a joke when he said it...

Again I should have told the full story. I apologize for that, I was in a rush. I know exactly what you mean and have done that countless times as well. This was clearly not a strategic move on his part as I was the big stack, chip dumper had roughly 75% of my stack, and chip dumpee was on serious life support. Anyone with a modicum of intelligence would try to eliminate the short stack ASAP in this scenario, not try to keep them alive because they want the big stack eliminated first.

You guessed wrong. I had hardly said a word all tournament, if anything at all. They had developed a friendship earlier in the tournament (if they didn't already know who each other were, which seems possible) and that's what his actions were based on. Try again troll.

Re: *** Official Bodog Network Support Thread ***

It would be nice if you could view the last hand of a SNG when you bust out. I don't need the box to pop up and say "would you like to play another". I can find the lobby for that, and I would much prefer to be able to look at the hand that I busted out on.

Of course you can go out to your account and attempt to find the hand but the history seems to be such a mess that I find it nearly impossible to do that.

Re: *** Official Bodog Network Support Thread ***

I'm thinking about depositing via K-bank wire transfer or ATM machine to Bodog Asia in THB. Any feed back on cash outs via this method. If I deposit via atm I have to wait for a cheque and if I deposit via bank transfer the cashouts go directly back to that account or do I still have to wait for a cheque?

Speed and reliability of cash outs this past year?

Thanks

You may want to try to find an Asian poker forum somewhere for answers because I don't think I've ever seen a cashout report for Bodog88 on 2+2.

I don't know what will be offered at this time, but they did offer them last year... so it is possible. I'll ask about them.

As far as the link.. I can not and will not comment on cashier related issues (as has been the case since I started as the liaison) as cashier issues are done at the operator level and not the network level.

I can say that collusion is indeed taken seriously, as any type of cheating would strongly go against the recreational player model that the Bodog Network takes great pride in creating. The network has invested heavily in both their security teams and security software and tools in order to make their games safe for players... however, as I have stated before, network security does not discuss their investigations.

Additionally, as you know, hand histories with all hole cards are available 24 hours after a hand completes and are available for 7 days. Also, these hands are viewable within the client (with all hands shown) for 31 days.

Thank you for your reply. I didn't know that actually, because your customer support directly told me otherwise. It is now 32 days past when this incident occurred for me. All of this time I have been asking customer support if I can see the hand histories and they said I can't see them beyond 7 days time (they didn't reply to my original email until well after 7 days obviously). To hear now that I can see them up to 31 days, one day too late, has me so tilted I can't even begin to describe it....

Can you answer this one question for me that support has been unable to answer through countless emails:

Why doesn't the security department discuss investigations with customers if all players are anonymous? There is no personal information to protect, no players to keep from embarrassment, no reason of any kind to keep things under wraps. At least not according to the reasons they keep giving me in their form replies. So what are the real reasons for this policy of secrecy?

I play via Bodog88. I am located in Aus fwiw.

For about the last 9-10 months there have been literally zero deposit options available to me, and I believe at least others from Aus.

Only option for cashout is via bank wire which I have had no problems with, bar them using an incorrect exchange rate once which they corrected. Takes about 7-10 days once form submitted.

I think there is a difference in terms here causing confusion. It's not going to help your tilt, but still. You can't DOWNLOAD the HH files past 7 days. However, you can VIEW the hands in the client for 31 days.

CS was using the download period and Ice is using the viewing period. You are still a day late though for viewing those hands.

For something that seems so very important to you, I can't believe you did not go through the effort to explore what hand history you could get via the client. I would be digging no matter what I read in a forum or in some gramatical mess of an email from bovada.

I would like to see satellites to each and every WSOP Event!
Probably the only way I am ever going to get to play the One Drop!
Or maybe just the $5K or better ones ?

I played #20 last year ($1500 LO8 or in bodog type L*8 ;P). Would be nice to see a satellite for that!

I think it's a joke that Bovada/Bodog has yet to provide a secure login system. How hard would it be to have a text message code be sent to your phone to log in? It's pure laziness by Bovada.

Do other sites do this?
Have you had any problems with other people hacking your account?
